I spent £57.06 LAST CHRISTMAS just to get NOTHING. WHATSOEVER. It still says the order is being placed…amazing😂😂I contacted them on literally everything I could and I never got a response or a refund. If I knew this was all fake I would’ve never bothered. Don’t use this site.

I received my order 2 days ago I haven't used it as of yet...do I need an led or uv lamp to cure the nails plz as the wasn't any instructions with the kit.

I received my poly gel kit yesterday,still trying to get it right,but I can't fault the product.Very happy

Was not what I expected, did my nails they snaped the day after, if you are in the bath for more than 15 mins the nails come off, definitely not what I expected, amd they are not as easy as they make out to be

I recieved my nail set a few days ago I am over the moon with it, but the reason I only put 4 stars is because when my glitters arrived the lids were loose and half of the glitter had come out.

I received my new gel kit yesterday . Lovely set love the colours very good product . Had a play but first set looked good till I filed lol 😆 still learning how to shape. Looking forward to playing and learning how to use . Great handy barcode to which takes you to a how to page which is good 👍 Thank pearl beauty .

Honestly wouldn't even give them 1 start if there was an option by far the worst company I've delt with, paid for next day delivery, didn't turn up for a week, second delivery hasn't even been picked so paid over £10 for next day delivery of both items. No customer service or a way to contact them to ask for a refund on delivery! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT buy ANYTHING from this company, you will never receive your order unless you complain and threaten them with court action.

Great product just need abit more practice myself I ordered it b4 bank holiday and it still got to me pretty quick I'll put some pics wen I mastered in all very satisfied

Brilliant fast delivery and the nail kit is worth the money I have tried false nails and was a bit skeptic about this but they are brilliant and well worth the money

Delivery was a little slow but I was kept up to date with emails on a regular basis, product which was waxing starter kit is absolutely amazing well worth the money would definitely recommend

There was a mix up with tracking my order so had to wait for some time, however thanks to brilliant customer service, in particular Mary, for her great help I received my order. Avoid!! Bought polygel nail kit,waited ages and when it finally arrived the quality is appalling. The customer service was rude and sarcastic. Finally they said the batch they sent was an old one and they had rebranded and I could have a refund if I sent the package back unopened.
Not sure how I'm meant to know of a product is terrible quality without actually trying it first.

This is my 2nd review of this Scam company. Doesnt deserve the one star. Ordered on 2nd Feb had emails back stating they have no tracking numbers for items posted between the 1st and 3rd Feb. What a load of absolute rubbish. You see all the fake reviews on here. It's an absolute joke. Wont give a refund because it still might get delivered. Yeah right. Scam Company DO NOT BUY FROM PEARL BEAUTY. SCAMMERS.

Looks like Mary been doing a lot of lying. This is a 2nd review update. Please don't waste your money with this website. It's lies you won't recieve your order. I recieved no tracking and they won't give me a refund incase it turns up.

I placed an order with this company on the 2nd Feb and it still hasn’t arrived. I have never received any tracking information and when I have emailed to enquire I just keep being told there is an issue with the tracking numbers but the order has been shipped. The last time I emailed they didn’t bother to email back. This is a scam!

Liars and scammers! Placed an order on the 31st of January and haven’t received it yet . Keep sending emails and getting replies with promises by someone called Mary. I have requested a refund but it is not given to me yet . I needed the product and since I haven’t received it I bought a different brand . Terrible customer service ...avoid at all costs.
