Avoid.
I ordered the poly gel kit, which on the website looked like it was packaged beautifully.
However after reading reviews I cancelled my order within the hour.
Unfortunately my order was dispatched and arrived, I’m disgusted at the state of the package, it came in plastic bag with lots of cheap plastic products inside, looks like I got a cheap £5 set off eBay not from a ‘boutique’ looking business. DEFINITELY not worth the £45!
I have now contacted multiple times with no reply as I want to return the item for full refund.
AVOID at all costs.

I recently purchased from pearl beauty and the products are amazing I love my kit, this is a genuine item that arrived with all that’s advertised

It took five weeks for my item to arrive even after paying for it to be expressed shipped. When it did arrive I followed the instructions that came with it but the nails weren’t sticking properly and ended up coming off. I reapplied all my nails thinking that I must’ve done something wrong and the same thing happened again. I also only received the top coat and no base coat.
Also the the bottles I received looked nothing like advertised on the website and they didn’t arrive in a nice box that shows on the website. All items came in a standard padded envelope which wasn’t sealed properly.
I was very excited to try these but was very disappointed

I ordered the product and got it in no time at all. when it came it was packaged lovely and had a lovely little scratch card inside. Them details were really nice. The product is amazing I had a try and my nails looked fabulous. The nail set came with a little LED/UV lamp which is really cute and easier to use compared to my big LED/UV lamp. It is really easy to use and I recommend these nail products. Love that pearl beauty has an instagram page where you can watch videos on how to do the nails. I will definately be ordering more colours soon, as there is lots if different colours to choose from. Thank you.

Very happy with my order!! Took 2 weeks to come but still happy to wait! The packaging my nail kit came in was a beautiful pink box and wrapped inside with pink tissue paper! Presentation is everything to me and the effort was there! Worth the wait! X

Really happy with the poly gel nail kit. I knew when I ordered that I would have to wait for stock to arrive so the delay in delivery wasn't an issue. The kit is a great starter to try out different colours.

Great service and kept in touch with me along the way, my poly gel kit was out of stock when I ordered and they was great in keeping me updated via email and text, people honestly need to read the description of their items as it does clearly state what size tubes and bottles you are getting!! So I knew what I was receiving and was impressed with it. Packaged good and the whole kit was there. Only thing I have a problem with is it is a little pricey compared to other places but the customer service is great.

Spent £38 on a poly gel kit. I expected to receive £38 worth of poly gel kit. What I got was worth about £3. Cheap nasty tat. Company refuses to.speak to me about a return. Save your money, buy elsewhere

I ordered the poly nail gel kit and added the glitter pack and nail clip.
All arrived nicely packaged and on time. Read the very witty blogs on the Website on how to apply and also some helpful hints and tips. All very helpful and for a beginner it wasn't too difficult with reasonable results. Obviously I'm no nail technician so wasn't perfect but can't fault the company or their product. Communication was excellent answered all my emails on the same day. I will be using my kit until I can get back to my nail technician.

Pearl beauty are an amazing company. They were upfront and honest throughout the entire process. The products are amazing and customer support is really second to none. I would order from them again for sure!

I would give the company 0 stars, I ordered the poly nail gel kit, nothing like it shows you on the website, all tiny, the uv lamp doesn't every dry the nails fully. Absolute rip off for products that are tiny and dont even work. Never ever again would I use this company. Wish I would of checked reviews before I ordered from this awful company full of lies.

I would give minus 10 stars If I could, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Placed my order 03/01/2021 still waiting for my order as of 21/02/2021 customer service email when they feel like it! And when they do reply it’s to say it’s on it’s way etc, basically full of lies! Shocking customer service and company it’s a scam! I’m still in argument over a refund as I’ve not received nothing! Stay away from this company!! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered!

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from. The products are not the same as advertised and of extremely poor quality. I paid extra for next day delivery and it did not come for a number of days. They claim that text lines are not in use during lockdown but will still text the usual 'we noticed you haven't ordered from us lately ' no SELINA HUN I haven't because you're products are awful. Wish I'd looked at the reviews first. Please if you are looking for a good quality product this is not the place to get it from.!

Well where do I start! These wonderful ladies at this company not only helped me with updates of where my order was and any problems they have faced along the way ever step of the way also! To which I might add I have now received my beautiful polygel kit, But this morning I have received a card and a bunch of absolutely beautiful roses, wishing me well as I am ill but I won't delve too into that as its not about me! For people that are complaining about this company just spare a thought for all the hard work! Dedication and care these ladies put into our orders! The problems they face daily and selfless things that they do for us! These ladies don't know me personally I made an order at the beginning of January and I'm so glad I did because all be it I've never met any of them face to face they are all amazing people, from Sophie to Victoria to Justin's and everyone, thank you all so much, for making me smile and cry happy tears ❤ definitely recommend your company to each and every one I know and asks. Have faith in yourselves and don't let anyone get you down, stay safe and well and all the best for the future I will be ordering more from you ❤❤

I previously wrote a very nice review on here as their customer service seemed helpful but I genuinely take that back, as since receiving my order I am disgusted. I payed £40 for this company to send me products THAT ARE NOT EVEN THEIR OWN. They sent me Mobray brand, cheap tools, the only things that was the same was the sun mini, it did not come packaged how they show on the website either. I have emailed asking for a refund as I take this as false advertising as what I was delivered is not what is pictured on the website. THEY SENT ME THE MOBRAY BRAND INSTEAD OF THE PEARL BEAUTY BRAND. I emailed customer service and they have told me that they rebranded on the 4th of feb and that what is on their website now is the rebrand YET IT HAS NOT CHANGED SINCE I ORDERED OVER A MONTH AGO. I am being told that I’ve ordered different to what is shown now which is a complete lie, and all they can offer is a ‘goodwill’ gesture of 20% off my next order. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANOTHER SINGLE THING. False advertisement or they just ran out of stock and ordered me different stock (way cheaper may I add, as a pro nail artist I know this)

Pearl Beauty has been so amazing! The packaging and wrapping is top notch. I opted for free standard shipping and received it in two days! Absolutely fabulous company! Couldn't recommend Pearl Beauty more!xxoo

Genuine review - I ordered as the website looked legitimate and in lockdown I was so desperate to have an option for my nails to still look ok.
Not only is the product amazing and I was so shocked at how much comes with it and varying shades. It is actually super easy to do. I have watched nail techs do my nails for ages and after a couple tries to work out the amount to use I LOVE IT!!

The only thing I would say is the emails received after purchase made me panic. I opted for 48 hours delivery which is exactly what happened. I received emails to the effect of “confirmation of order”, “confirmation of dispatch” then a follow up from Yodel and delivery tracking details. But in between these I received 3 emails from them saying out of stock, these was very confusing and made me panic, but then the items arrived perfectly and quickly in 3 days.
I’m not sure if I was a lucky one but I received “exactly what it says on the tin” experience so I would recommend.

Ordered and came within 2 days, so fast. I have to admit that reading some reviews i was extremely dubious about ordering but went with it anyway, recieved my order and it was boxed beautifully, fantastic product, easy to use and would definitely buy the polygel kit again!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Quick delivery. I love the kit I got. Everything I need in it including a light. Will definitely be a returning customer and I highly recommend Pearl Beauty. 5*
