My delivery is late and no notice. It’s a important part for the operation of the café
It was easy to find the part (an electric motor). The part arrived faster than promised. Good packaging. Now my Air Conditioning is working again! Thanks.

Customer service rep didnt understand or acknowledge the fact that the information they are requesting isnt available and then rather than taking initiative to help me find the right part, advised me to go talk to the manufacturer myself to get the necessary part number for partstown to source and upcharge me on

I recently ordered a Samsung stove main board. The product arrived promptly and was securely packaged. After installation, the new board is working perfectly. I am very satisfied with this company.

Parts selection, for the parts that I needed, was excellent. The quote with pricing and delivery for the customer came remarkably quick, once parts were ordered, they arrived in a very timely matter.

Had the part I needed in stock, it was the cheapest and the delivery was quick.

Order placed on April 8 with a promised 2–5 business day shipping timeframe. It’s now April 15 and there has been zero tracking movement since day one—still stuck in Etobicoke.
Charging $24 for a tiny part and then providing no updates while missing the expected delivery window is unacceptable. This is extremely poor service and not what was advertised.
