Acoustic panels
Panels were delivered very quickly and I was very pleased with the quality even though they were cheaper than every where else.
And after I messed up cutting one and needed to buy another panel hub went above and beyond to make sure they sent one from the same batch so the colour matched perfectly.
Would definitely buy from again.

Disappointed
The communication throughout the process was great, and any questions we had were answered promptly. Unfortunately, the panels themselves were disappointing.
We ordered the slimline black panels for our dining room 2/3 weeks ago, seen alot of great reviews before we purchased. Finally got around to putting them up last night and they look quite cheap & they are very flimsy. They were also awkward to cut, which made installation more difficult than it should have been.
The biggest issue was getting them to stick to the wall. We had to use a large amount of adhesive, and even then, they still didn't adhere particularly well and seemed prone to coming away from the surface.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Slimline Black panels and experienced difficulties during installation.
Our Slimline range is designed specifically to be lightweight and flexible, making them particularly well-suited for curved surfaces, corners, feature areas, and spaces where a lower-profile panel is required. At approximately 11mm thick, they are intentionally slimmer than our standard acoustic panels, which is why they can feel more flexible and require a slightly different handling and fixing approach.
Because of this design, Slimline panels typically perform best when installed on smooth, clean, and properly prepared surfaces, using a suitable high-bond grab adhesive, and in some cases additional mechanical fixing depending on the wall type and application.
We do appreciate that this may not have matched your expectations for rigidity, and your comments regarding installation difficulty and adhesion have been noted and will be shared with our team for review.
If you would like, our customer service team would also be happy to offer guidance on installation or discuss your specific setup to help improve the finish.

I’ve never had such excellent customer service they keep you informed about your order every step along the way. The delivery guy couldn’t have been more helpful lifting the panels inside for us. Just waiting for the joiner to fit them on the wall but super pleased with them.
