I chose PH because they offered real…
I chose PH because they offered real wood veneer.
When the panels arrived, one pack was warped, so I showed the drivers and immediately notified PH. I wanted to avoid delaying the fitting by swapping the panels, and PH said it should be okay to install.
When Installed them, I noticed that the warped part was popping out on the top of the panel away from the wall.
I contacted them and sent photos and videos of the problem, which seemed to have affected over half the panels, not just the ones that were initially warped. I had to hold the tops of the panels in by pinning timber into my ceiling to hold the panels in whilst the glue set.
I asked for the 2 warped panels to be refunded, as they said that they can't take back anything that has already been fixed on (they should have swapped them rather than tell me that it would be okay to fix them). This would amount to £85, including a refund of the delivery charge, which I thought was reasonable.
In the end, they offered £35, which was very inadequate considering the extra work I had to do and the large number of emails that were sent to show the problem.
Whilst the panels are real MDF veneered, they are not wrapped around the strips like better quality ones are. In addition, they are unfinished. I had to buy wood oil to finish them to avoid them getting marked (you could acrylic varnish them instead, as the smell was bad in the room!)

When you initially reported the issue with the warped pack, our team reviewed the images and advised that the panels were suitable to proceed with, and we also offered the option of a replacement at that stage. Our recommendation to check and exchange any affected panels before fitting is always made to avoid exactly the kind of disruption you’ve described.
Once panels have been installed, unfortunately we’re unable to collect or fully refund items, as it becomes difficult to assess and restock them in resale condition. This is why our resolution options shift to goodwill gestures at that point, based on the evidence provided.
We do understand your frustration regarding the outcome and the additional work involved, and we’re sorry that the resolution offered did not meet your expectations. Your comments around product finish and handling have also been noted and will be fed back to the relevant teams for review.

Needed some slated panels and the company I’ve used previously didn’t have any in stock so found panel hub on google and turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Panels were of a really good and price was very reasonable. Delivery was in time told and driver went above overall a brilliant experience and will have a new regular customer

Poor Quality product
Poor Quality product. We bought 3m panels recently to create the hidden door. after they were cut to height, individual panels stated coming off, Was expecting much better quality product.
Will eventually end up doing the rework.

Received our order today and fair…
Received our order today and fair plays. The order was delivered on time, had to pay £50 for the privilege of it arriving within a few days.
1 of the 7 panels was just sellotaped to another box with no protection. Hardly surprising but completely smashed to pieces.
Told by customers services I could have a £15 refund as a gesture of goodwill. Goodwill for something that’s only good for fire wood LOL. I could get a replacement but will take up to 10 days.
As needs to have them installed by a certain date. Had to buy a replacement panel from wickes for £50. Then cut in the 2 panels into a pattern so it looks intentional.
Customer services from this company are clearly AI generated or semi automated. No actual customer care, just generic take a goodwill or nothing at all.
Wouldn’t use again and quality is hardly premium.

On rare occasions, damage can occur in transit when parcels are handled by courier networks, and although we do package panels individually and secure them within the box, this can unfortunately still happen. In this instance, we offered a replacement panel to resolve the issue, along with a goodwill refund as an alternative option to help where possible.
We do understand your frustration regarding the timing, especially as you had a specific installation date to meet. Where stock and logistics allow, we always aim to resolve issues as quickly as we can, but replacement lead times can sometimes be unavoidable.
We also want to reassure you that our customer service team are real people working hard to support every case individually, and not an automated system.
