Panels and Lights
The panels and lights arrived on time with good updates on the tracking. The panels were as described on the website, so no nasty surprises. I bought black panels and it was great to see the wooden slats were black all the way through, ie not just a surface coating. This meant no additional painting after cuts had been made.
The lights were excellent. However, the cables to the driver were too short for my design. They are easily extended by using speaker wire, so no real issues.

will never use this company again, and recommend others not to use it. I bought Slimline panels, but the quality is the worst. Panels are only stapled, no glue. I read other reviews, one customer also mentioned that the panels are only stapled, no glue, but Panel Hub says that the panels are with glue. I have photo proof that there is no glue, so Panel Hub is lying. My panels are with different colour shade. Its impossible to see, until you fit panels. Very poor quality product, very disappointed that I chose this company. Wasted money!!!

Our Slimline panels are our entry-level range at £19.99 per 240cm x 60cm sheet. They are designed to be lightweight and flexible (11mm thick), which makes them suitable for wrapping around corners and easier handling during installation. Because of this construction method, they are fixed using a staple and adhesive system depending on the production batch, which is standard for this type of flexible panel.
In some installations, particularly where panels are fitted directly next to each other without spacing or finishing, natural shade variation between batches or lighting conditions can become more noticeable once installed. We do always recommend checking panels before fitting for this reason, as installed items are then classed as used.
We’re sorry to hear the product hasn’t met your expectations for your specific project, but it may be that a different range would have been a better fit for the finish you were aiming to achieve.

I noticed the advert on YouTube for Panelhub.co.uk, it showed a great range of acoustic panels in various colours at great prices. I ordered a batch of dark grey acoustic panels for my back wall in the home cinema room. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
