A bunch of scammers
A bunch of scammers. They shipped my panels all chipped and dented and the lights that were meant to be ‘fitted’ were falling out and when I called them they told me to ‘glue it on’. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting how they treat their customers like absolute trash. My order was over £500 and they said they can give me a masssiiiveee refund of £25. I mean the generosity they showed their is unbelievable and I’m so thankful for that MASSIVE refund which totally makes up for the money I wasted in this scammy little company. Bunch of amateurs sitting together trynna run a ‘business’ when in fact it is just straight up scamming hard working people for their money. Disgusting behaviour and horrible horrible service with a bunch of horrible dirty scamming people.

Cheap products and bad customer service after receiving the products. Dont bother as all the effort they put in at the beginning is to cover up how scammy it actually is. Absolute chaos to be honest! Would not recommend this weird dropshipped stuff to anyone!

We initially bought a few panels to try them out and were very pleased with the quality. After comparing the cost and quality with other suppliers, we found these panels offered excellent value for money, so we placed a larger order. The quality was surprisingly good for the price, and the delivery was fast and reliable.
Later, when we needed more panels, we checked several other websites, but their prices were noticeably higher. Based on our previous positive experience, we ordered again and were just as satisfied. Great quality, competitive pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Delivery was due on a bank holiday… but arrived earlier
Delivery was due on a bank holiday Monday but arrived the day before. Happy with that as I had more time to get on with the DIY for my office refurb. The panels are up now and I am very happy with the relative ease of installation and of the finished product. The quality seems good so far and the thick felt helps to give some rigidity

I saw panel hub on facebook decided…
I saw panel hub on facebook decided which panels I required. I put a post on the facebook page asking about delivery times. Received an answer straight away. Ordered my panels received a confirmation and delivery time. I realised I had made a mistake on my order emailed them . Received a reply checking my order I had got it wrong. Fantastic customer care , my order was due on Saturday. The delivery driver used his experience and realised he could deliver my order on Friday . If you’re looking for panels I can’t praise this company enough.
