A lot of pages pop up online, on Instagram or tik tok etc and you often wonder is this a scam? I can assure everyone panel hub isn't I ordered online, got a phone call to acknowledge the order and was delivered when promised couldn't really ask for more also delivery driver helped lift panels in and panels were perfect highly recommend

Best experience ever
Best experience ever. I placed the order following morning, a lovely guy rang to thank me for my order.... I was amazed, no company has ever done that before, ge went on to describe what would happen next. 3 days later received the panels, well packaged, carried into the hall by the driver. They are now installed on my lounge wall. Very good quality and with a saving of £60 per panel. Would definitely recommend

Great panels, easy to work with…
I accidentally put the wrong address and only noticed on the day it was out for delivery, they changed that no problem. The panels are super easy to work with if you have the right tools and know what you’re doing! Thank you all, my living room looks fab.

Much faster delivery than the 10 days…
Much faster delivery than the 10 days expected and really useful tracking of driver. Boards look great and were easy to saw. It would have been handy to have instructions for putting them up and how best to cut round plug holes, but luckily I had someone to do the job for me. Slight damage to a couple of the slats, weird as they were so well packaged, but we just made sure they were at the ends we cut off

Excellent communication from the moment I sent order . Even customer services phoned me to check my order was correct and was up for delivery . Delivery was spot on texted time of delivery which was precise. Driver carried goods in house for wife as were heavy . Brilliant company would recommend 100% .

Oak acoustic panel
Well I decided to just have a shot at the cheaper panels but was amazed they were the same quality as other high quality retailers same felt thickness and wood wide no problems whatsoever and the delivery was great well informed when it was going to arrive thank you

Good contact,delivered a day earlier than said,driver carried boxes straight into garage and put them on tressels for cutting,for the price they are ideal,handle a cut carefully and no problems,I’ve had inside panels and got two lots of garden panels recently to cover a wall ,makes garden and patio area brilliant,can’t fault them,
