Pairr 

Purchased the item for my 2022 ford explorer, (took 30 days to get) I didn't find the unit working with my steering control and it will take a long time to connect. Wanted to return the item but was told to send it to "Lithuania". You will need to wait 30 days and then they will charge you $25 restocking fee. Not impressed.

Ordered 2 months ago, still waiting for the product. I've emailed 'John' who i assume is working somewhere in the Philippines for hundreds of companies and is outsourced. I've asked for a refund but so far they are refusing even though i've not received the order. I will update this review if they refund me and change the start rating but at the moment, based on my experience i'd steer well clear.

I love how Pairr has simplified my life. It makes life easier in the car. Worth every penny! Thank you!

I have an old Toyota RAV4 (2007) and had to update the music player as the original broke. My install had Apple Car Play. I loved it, and upgraded my wife's car accordingly. We both used the Pioneer player, but hers was the first model to go cordless, and her experience was so much better than mine, so I was pretty excited to come across a product like PAIRR! I purchased it, and found that if I left my Apple Watch at home, and installed it up the street away from the wifi and Bluetooth products of my home, it easily connected!! I love it! I can keep my phone in my pocket when I drive, but can access the key features on Apple Car Play all because of PAIRR! I'm now going to buy the MAX version for my son for his birthday - he's gonna love it!

WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered this for my son 2 weeks before Christmas and as of today 1/15/23, it still has not arrived. Reporting them as fraud to my CC company! Pairr continues to give me excuses as to why it hasn’t shipped. Wish I’d seen the reviews before I ordered

If you order this product, you will never receive it. They will give you a fake USPS tracking number, but nothing will ever happen from there. Do not waste your time or money shopping with them. They are outside the US (Lithuania), and they will tell you that they ship from their distributors from China and other places, but the product will never arrive, and you won't hear from them. If I could give zero stars I would!

Great product!! Instructions were very accurate on setup. I switched vehicles while waiting on shipment, very responsive in advising it works with new truck all the same.

Garbage. Cheap unit. Doesn’t install properly. Instructions are poorly written. Requires a Wi-Fi hotspot, not mentioned anywhere on the site. Feels like a scam. Attempted to initiate a return. $25 restocking fee and I have to pay for shipping to Lithuania. An alternate option is a 30% refund. Doubt I’ll ever see that.

Horrible product and even worse service! Stay away

This is a scam. I ordered the Pairr device on 11/25, a USPS tracking number was generated on 11/28. To date, USPS has not changed to a status of “accepted” which means they have yet to receive the package from the shipper. I emailed “John” the CEO and got a response that it’s been shipped and it’s in the USPS shipping network and USPS is just not tracking the package right now but trust me it’s on the way. I know the USPS isn’t amazing but there is no way it’s been in transit and “the tracking label might not be scanned for a while” (directly from CEO email) for 34 days — I don’t think it’s coming… Scam scam scam! Do yourself a favor and just pay a competitor device on Amazon.

Scam company. Ordered Pairr Max on December 3. Got a few “shopping soon” emails but item has yet to be shipped nearly a month later. Inquiries go unresponded. Unable to cancel, unable to get any information. All social media (Facebook, instagram) are not available.

On December 9th I ordered the pairr max. On December 19th my order had not yet shipped so I reached out via email to get a status update. On December 20th, I received a response from them that my order would be delivered within the next two weeks. I just asked for a refund since it was a Christmas gift and would not arrive in time. They did process my refund though.

It’s a bit laggy, and the sound quality isn’t as good as the Cplay2air I had for 1 year (before it got glitchy)

I think they’ve tried to pack too much into this for the processing power. It’s “ok” and I got it on one of their “promos” so the price wasn’t too bad. I def wouldn’t have paid the full price.

SCAMMERS FROM LITHUANIA ! Definitely not recomendable. It’s a mockery , after getting your money they just won’t care , it passed an entire month and they haven’t sent the produce . Now I’m having trouble getting my money back .

They took my money quickly but have not made any contact in regards to delivery that was over a week ago!Scammers i have tried contacting them through their website and facebook sites and they do not reply ripped off again!!

The wireless CarPlay device has been buggy at times - difficult to connect, phone calls don't properly go through the vehicle speaker, etc. However, the bugs seems to be going away as the issues are not occurring as frequently. I love not having to worry about plugging in every time I get in the car.

This company is a scam. They say in their ad it is as easy as plugging in to play. [Not true] It only works with a few year models of each manufacturer. Also they advertise as "shipped from USA" but you cannot return it to the USA. You have to pay to ship the product back to Lithuania which will cost so much that it will not make it worth returning. Do NOT do business with this company. Scammers.

Did not work with my vehicle. Was offered refund if I ship it back to Lithuania or 30% refund and I keep the device. Either way this is a loss.

DO NOT BUY! This company has terrible customer support. My Pairr device did not work with my 2019 Chevy Equinox. I emailed customer service, and they have been giving me the run around about how to fix it. I even sent them a video. Today marks the 5th email I've sent, and each reply has been "do this, do this, do this..." I'm sure I will not receive my money back.

Purchased online the item arrived quickly (10 days) I am in Australia. I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla ZR . It was as easy to install and worked immediately when connected. Auto-connect works quickly when starting the vehicle.
