I was sent the GetPairr Max Pro after plugging in the device the unit started disconnecting after about 2 second's.
The unit is supposed to be compatible and all firmware is up to date.
I’ve had a constant battle with custom support who agreed to refund me the item but I would have to foot the postage bill myself for their defective item.£12

I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received it. I contacted customer service several times, but their responses were vague, unhelpful, and ultimately led nowhere. Despite requesting a refund, my request has been completely ignored.
This level of service is unacceptable. There’s been zero accountability, no proper updates, and no sign of a refund or resolution. I do not recommend ordering from this company — they do not value their customers and clearly have no intention of fixing their mistakes.

Totally would never repurchase - works very intermittently. Although their website says they have a 2 year warranty, you can not get a hold of anyone to even discuss the issues with the product.

After using my new pair for approximately three months, he completely stopped working. Contacted Pierre support who offered a number of possible solutions along with Bonett Cable. It wasn’t suited to the vehicle even though it worked initially tried in a number of different vehicles and it still didn’t work. Have asked for replacement product and then no contact whatsoever from pair replying to emails Absolutely disgraceful after sales service from such a large company. I certainly wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Stopped working after six months
Product worked well for about 6 months. Then it suddenly stopped connecting. I've tried working with support for over two months but they can't fix the issue. I've asked for a replacement or a return as the product is still covered by a "two year warranty". They said they are sold out and have now just stopped responding to my emails.

Not worth it
My original post was “flagged” however I can verify my purchase and wanted to post again so others save their money. The idea for the device is great but the functionality isn’t the best. I had it less than a day before static kept making me need to re-plug it in. By the 4th day, I was tired of reconnecting it just for the static to come back pretty quickly so I disconnected it and tried to reattach my wire but it messed up my car and I had to reset my car. Then when I was trying to refund this product, it wasn’t a smooth process and costly to return. Not worth the expensive amount for such static. I just chose to go back to a wired system sadly.
I like the system but it has issues
I like the system, but it frequently disconnects and i have to power down the device and restart it to get it back. It also conflicts with the cars UConnect in one vehicle and the internal car play of another.

Worst shopping experience ever! Ordered pair 4 told me they were out of stock and could upgrade me for $40 more. Took forever took get questions answered. They are still taking orders for the pair 4! Even thought they are out of stock!!

They advertise all money back if you don’t like/work in 30 days. Mine didn’t work and they took ages to answer. Finally I was not putting up with that nonsense and they told me to pay $25 restocking fee, I got to send it to Lithuania etc… I wouldn’t buy if I knew. Hope helps someone else
Great product
Great product - did take a little while to arrive but to be expected with shipping to Aus at the moment.
Device works great and the platform is easy to use.
Overpriced and partially crude
Hi there, the device works pretty good mostly. There are four issues, one a major issue, which lead me to my two star rating.
1) I had a bug twice now where I take a call through Apple CarPlay connected via Pairr. For some reason the caller can't hear me and I can't hear them. It then turns out that there is no signal coming from the loudspeakers anymore. Even if I disconnect pairr, there is no sound from the loudspeakers anymore. Even if I switch to radio or some other media source. To fix it, I have to restart my Mercedes command system. This is a really bad bug!
2) When you connect your phone via Pairr a really ugly screen shows up o the infotainment. It looks like some firmware screen or something. It shows the Bluetooth name to connect to. This is not pretty but would be ok if it was only there once to setup the connection. Unfortunately this screen shows up briefly every time I connect. Feels like hacking my 150k car and looks terrible.
3) The page makes it seem like you are buying a US product. In reality the pairr is shipped from China and took ages to get here. So be aware of that.
4) The pairr page hides rankings below 3/5 stars. The supposed rating of 4.8/5 makes me think they also don't count them into their own ranking. Quite shady.
If the device was 40 or 50 USD max I would give it 4 stars. The price tag is way too high. Congrats on the company for scoring such a big margin. How much is it? 10000% gain?
I am absolutely dissatisfied and…
I am absolutely dissatisfied and disappointed with the device. After paying for expedited shipping, it took almost a month for me to receive the device. Once I received it, it worked for less than 24 hours before it stopped working and wouldn’t power on anymore. I reached out to the customer support and interacting with the representative was like pulling teeth. 4 days was the fastest response time I got from him and at worst 9 days. Not only was the response time horrendous, I was given the same instructions repeatedly even after expressing that there was no way I could do what was being asked if the device wouldn’t power on. I was given instructions to provide the log files along with other instructions that quite literally wouldn’t work (device will not power on). I’ve asked for a replacement multiple times annd was given another troubleshooting response that was f given before. It was always a response that made no sense considering I also work in tech.
Update - another tech representative reached out to me to insult my intelligence even more by asking me to repeat the same steps I’d already done the first time. I had to make two different micro SD card purchases to try to troubleshoot THEIR faulty device .after another 3 weeks, there is now dead silence and no response from the representative.
I bought twice from pairr
I bought twice from pairr. The first was the pairr wireless CarPlay. Had no issues with shipment and the product itself is running great. Second product was a pairr max. When it arrive it was not pairr max but instead another pairr wireless CarPlay. I raise the issue right away. It did not take long at all two investigate and reply me and resolving it with a new shipment within a week time. I did receive pairr max in the end and the product works great.
WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS
ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. I would pay $19.99 for this and be mostly happy with it, but for $185.00, I’m pretty pissed. Haven’t been able to get the Netflix to work ever, whether I’m driving or not. Device rarely works with my steering wheel buttons, I was getting a call and tried to press the answer button on my steering wheel, didn’t work. Tried the answer button on my radio screen, didn’t work. So I had to dig for my phone in my purse to answer the call. Totally pointless, might as well of pulled my phone out before driving. My biggest issue is that every time I use my remote start on my vehicle, it doesn’t work at all. It will just be frozen on my music screen and never unfreezes. I literally have to pull over, park, turn my car completely off and restart my car to get it unfrozen. Also, it makes all the font and everything on my screen TINY. I’m trying to return it but it seems their website doesn’t exist anymore? Either that or my router is blocking it because it’s a scam. Also, I don’t really see how it saves anyone time when it takes awhile to load, could just plug your phone in in 2 seconds. And if I have to pull over and turn my car off or pull over to find my phone to answer a call, it’s definitely saving me no time at all. I emailed them for a return, but after reading these reviews, I’m not expecting to get one. I’m pretty pissed. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE PRODUCT.
