Excellent service end to end
I travel to Fes on a regular basis with experience hiring from diffident companies. It was a pleasure to deal with Orbital and Sixt, everything went smoothly from pre hire paperwork to dealing with Sixt guys on the ground. My new regular hire company…highly recommend.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your cancellation request.
However, we believe there may be some misunderstanding regarding the refund process. According to our records, your reservation was scheduled for vehicle collection on 29 March. We then received your request to cancel the booking on 3 May, after the scheduled pick-up date had already passed, as the reservation had been made for the wrong location.
As outlined in the Terms and Conditions agreed to at the time of booking, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are non-refundable, and once the pick-up date has passed, the prepaid booking amount cannot be refunded.
We believe the message you received from Rental Cover, our insurance partner, referred only to the cancellation of the insurance policy itself and may have been generated automatically. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the refund of the car rental reservation, as the cancellation request was submitted after the pick-up date.
We understand this is not the outcome you had hoped for, but we are required to apply the agreed booking terms consistently to all reservations.

Hi, all been fine and process was quick and smooth

I just worried about the deposit refund as I see lots of complains about that. People were argue about not getting their deposit back with out having to argue with the company.
If that happen to me it will be a massive problem.
