Kenny, at Optimus Holidays, arranged our booking today for our upcoming Princess cruise. He was cheerful, approachable, patient and attentive to our requirements and extremely helpful and efficient, handling the entire booking, including the flights and the pre-cruise hotel at a great price. We are now looking forward to our cruise with great anticipation and peace of mind.

I can’t review the quality or the trip heat as it hasn’t been taken yet but Kenny our travel rep was brilliant. He patiently answered all our pre booking questions, was highly knowledgeable and got us the best deal we feel he could. The holiday is not for a long while but already looking forward to it: it is well needed!! Dropped one star so only gave 4, as the sales comms were a little too aggressive for our liking. I had emails everyday bar one after expressing initial interest, which would usually stop me from booking with a company, but glad we went though with it in the end. Kenny made the booking process itself easy and straightforward.

Ricky Smith was helpful, knowledgeable and most polite. It was a pleasure dealing with him he made the booking totally stress free and so easy. He'd actually been up early this morning in order to speak to an agent in Japan especially for us. - very much appreciated. Thank you.

We just got back from an amazing trip to Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Okinawa), and it wouldn't have been the same without Ricky. He made the whole planning process so easy and stress-free. Every part of the trip was perfectly organized, and all of his recommendations were spot-on. Nothing was ever a problem for him, he was always so willing to help and quick to adjust our itinerary whenever we needed. If you’re planning a trip, definitely reach out to Ricky, he’s fantastic at what he does and we’ll definitely be using him again!

We booked a trip to America, visiting several different parts - Memphis, New Orleans, Las Vegas with a 7 day cruise thrown in the middle to Mexico, Honduras and Belize.
The organisation of the flights, trains and hotels was amazing - Sharon did a fantastic job of seamless flights, transfers and choice of hotels.

Just arrived home from the most amazing experience
We took a 22 night cruise with Optimus cruises/holidays and the arrangement and organisation was second to none
Kenny who we were in touch with had everything sorted out, even down to my husband needing assistance, it was all in hand
Flights, Hotels in Miami and Seattle, Norwegian Encore, tranfers were all spot on

Just returned from a fantastic holiday to Vietnam organised by Optimus Holidays. We had never been on an holiday using personal tour guude but would definately do it again. Holiday was flawless and thanks to Ricky once again for his help in planning and patience

Eric arranged our holiday package which was a 4 night Tokyo stay followed by an 11 night Japan cruise on the Celebrity Millennium. The initial package was for 2 nights in Tokyo but Eric was able to extend it for us. The Tokyo hotel was room only but was a very good standard in a great area, not too far out of the centre & with lots of dining etc nearby. We opted to pay for breakfast in the hotel & there was plenty of choice. The cruise was fabulous, although with the benefit of hindsight we wouldn't have opted to do so many of the ships very expensive excursions when it was fairly easy to do your own thing. Regarding the arrangements for the holiday itself, we were a bit concerned about the "lateness" of being allocated our hotel & flights but it turned out that there was no need to worry, as it appears it's the same for everyone. Everything went smoothly, apart from our transfer from the hotel to the Port, which should have been Yokohama when it had been arranged for the Port of Tokyo. We managed to get a local taxi to take us to the correct location at a cost of £75, which Optimus have reimbursed. We had plenty of time so luckily it turned out not to be a drama. So overall it was a great once in a lifetime holiday. Thank you Eric, well done.

We are just waiting to board our flight home from India and thought I would write a review before getting back to reality.
We travelled to the Maldives, Malaysia, Thailand and India to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We weren't even sure where we wanted to go and to say that Ricky was patient is an understatement! In edition to helping us make our final decisions, (always giving us different options at different price points), we were booked to fly via Dubai and so thought we wouldn't be able to go after all.
The mark of a company is what happens when there are problems, of course nobody could have predicted all the no fly zones but Ricky and the team contacted us rather than us having to chase them. They managed to completely reroute all our flights for us whilst still enabling us to have our dream holiday.
Everything from start to finish was seamless, Airport transfers, each hotel notified it was our 25th anniversary trip, itineraries etc. Even when we had trouble getting our Indian visa they stepped in and sorted it for us. We truly had the happiest trip of a lifetime and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and will certainly use Optimus travel again.

I had one of the best holidays in my life I took my daughter to Japan last week it was totally organised by Ricky from Optimus holidays Ricky had basically organised all the trips transport flights everything and it went like clockwork we had a fantastic experience everyday and was lucky enough to see the cherry blossom and a very clear day at Mount Fuji so a big thank you to Kenny and Ricky I will be talking to you very soon as my others daughter now wants to go on a safari so thanks again lads

I had reached out to a few different companies but the service received from Kenny at Optimus made the decision to book with them very easy.
Arranging travel for 4 very particular ladies meant a lot of back and forth, changes and questions.
Nothing was too much trouble - big shout out to Kenny for being just great at his job!

Optimus travel is my one and only, go to travel agents. Very competitive pricing and the personal touch given by the staff is second to none. Very helpful with the requirements of the various places we go to. We normally book our cruise and flights with them, but we have just returned from a 3 week tour of India. Hotels were out of this world, 3 of them were former palaces converted to hotels. Kenny put the itinerary together for us and it was fantastic. Private drivers, local tour guides upon arrival of our destinations. From horse riding in the foot hills of the Himalayas to the Taj Mahal. The whole holiday went like clockwork. Can't recommend these enough.
