This is the worst company EVER!
The absolute worst company I ever dealt with!! Wish I could give zero stars.
I ordered a massage gun and when it arrived I opened the box to find a filthy used product. It was literally covered in someone else’s dirt. No new product comes out a factory looking like that but they kept insisting they don’t send out used products. I’d love to add photos, it was gross.
First of all they
didn’t even send me an order confirmation email despite sending me spam about promotions so when I contacted them a woman called Eva who was utterly useless in every way, told me she can’t help without the order number (despite me giving full name and address) She said I’d have to get a transaction number from my bank. She didn’t even accept a statement clearly showing the payment. To get a transaction number I would have had to make a call to my bank that no doubt would have lasted about 45 minutes.
Interestingly when I complained on Facebook they straight away managed to find my order number.
They basically said that ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ they’ll give me a return label. Never mind the fact that it would cost me money to take a bus or taxi to the post office. I asked them to arrange courier collection from my address like many decent companies do but they refused. I stuck to my guns as I wasn’t willing to spend a penny of my money to return a used item they had the audacity to send me so they went onto ignore me after that. In the end I had to file a complaint with my bank and reverse the payment to get my money back. They are total scammers, do not use this company!

Day 22 and still waiting, customer service sends generic 'don't worry' email.
OnePhysion is based in China. The best advice is to shop elsewhere or say goodbye to your hard-earned cash.

The lid of my mini gun next to the…
The lid of my mini gun next to the charging port kept popping out during massage, or even when I was taking it out of the carry case. I emailed the support team at Physion and they were brilliant. They offered an apology immediately and a holding response whilst they referred to their internal ops team. Within a few days I was offered a replacement unit at no cost to myself. Although the product was substandard on this occasion the way the colleagues at Physion handled my issue was superb.

Pro worked for approx 10 min max when opened. Not worked since and wont charge. Customer Services wont reply to enable a return or provide details re refund.
If company responds on here saying they have resolved this issue, do not believe it - unless I post an update to confirm it is true.
UPDATE 20/03/2022 over the weekend asked to charge for 6 hours and video certain things, so they can send to Technical department. I have done this and video clearly shows device does not turn on. Thus is not fit for purpose and have requested a full refund asap.
