This company is a joke. They short change customers and make it out everything has been delivered...!!!!!!
The delivery of these products is a absolute joke. Minimum 3 weeks and the product are missing from these packages. They also miss lead with offers and short change you by missing the whole products out... and the customer service is just so sooo appalling and pretty much just a copy and paste reply. Please avoid this company. The contact number for the company is bogus and just keeps ringing. On 2 separate occasions someone picked up and upon hearing me say is this onephysion...?? They immediately hanged up and never picked up the call again... this is a edit after I am still going back and forth with your undocumented and rude logistics THAT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST...I am now over 15 emails in just trying to get a refund for all this unprofessional conduct or the package order products that I am still due that I have paid for and I am left feeling like I am begging for products that I have paid for IN FULL.. NOTE I BROUGHT PRODUCTS... NOT JUST 1 ITEM BUT SEVERAL PRODUCTS TO BE DELIVERED TO ME AND I HAD RECEIVED HALF... AND THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR WOULD LEAD YOU TO THINK THIS IS A SCAM AND JUST SOOO MUCH TO SAY AND NOTHING BUT NEGATIVES. ID GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS IF I COULD BUT SADLY THAT ISN'T A OPTION.

When we checked the order tracking, we can see that the parcel was delivered in 11 business days. We know that we estimate the orders for delivery to the UK will be received in 7-10 business days, excluding the processing which is one business day. Our estimates are not a guarantee as we cannot totally control what happens once the item is in transit. Hopefully you can understand this.

Arrived damaged, stopped working after 3mins
Arrived after 3-4 weeks.
Looked damaged when opened the box.
After 3mins it has stopped working.
Now I feel customer support is dragging their heels asking me for all types of videos to show the defects :(

My pro model gun had stopped working…
My pro model gun had stopped working and contacted customer support.
I was quickly responded to and asked to send a video of the issue in which a replacement model was sent no ifs or butts and arrived in 5 days.
Highly recommend the company ..

Took 19 days to arrive
Took 19 days to arrive. Stated 7 to 10 days delivery. Price went down the day after I ordered, they did not offer to match when I queried.
Product now finally here seems good, but not had much opportunity to use it yet.

Great service but took three weeks to arrive.
The only complaint that I have is that I was told seven days, and it was delivered after three weeks. It was held up in China according to the tracking.
