Scam company avoid. False advertising send you cheap products nothing like what you order. Avoid avoid avoid

purchased the SmartShavy device, which was advertised to remove hair from the root for 1 month. After using it, the hair is removed only superficially, like with a razor, and the device does not work as promised. I contacted the company asking for a solution (repair, replacement, or refund), but I have not received any response.

I am sharing this to inform other consumers and to request a response from the company.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Smart Shavvy.I placed an order for Smart Shavvy on June 1, 2023, but I never received the item. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I am still being charged, and now my credit is being negatively impacted due to non-payment for a product I never received.

I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions, yet no resolution has been provided. It is completely unfair to expect a customer to pay for something that was never delivered. Instead of correcting this mistake, Affirm has reported this to credit agencies, further damaging my financial standing.

I am requesting an immediate resolution: either the removal of this charge or proper delivery of the item. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate the matter further, including disputing the charge and reporting this unfair practice to consumer protection agencies.

I order 2 of these. I never recieved them, even though they were paid in full. I sent numerous emails but never got a response. Do not order

Avoid its flimsy poor quality very rough on the skin leaves the area very dry and sore its really not worth buying

Doesn’t work

I ordered one, did not last long. I contacted customer services who sent me a replacement. Unfortunately that did not work for long. I contacted customer services who advised that a revamped smartshavy was going to be released and as soon as it was I would be sent me free of charge. Heard nothing since March, I literally forgot about it until I was going through my emails. Tried to email customer services but the email has bounced back as undeliverable and the website has gone. So, there is no working shaver, replacement, or refund. I feel so angry

Item never arrived. Replacement sent but was faulty. Emailed customer services more than 3 times requesting a refund. Never replied.
Absolute rubbish. Avoid like the plague!

Item never delivered promised to resend when I asked for a refund that never arrived either absolute thiefs take ur money and never deliver or refund been waiting over a year maybe gone via outer space AVOID at all costs

Used once, now doesnt work

Packages never showed. Never received a shipping email. Just charged me. Only email I got was apologizing because they have alot of orders right now and to be patient. I'm sorry but orders don't take a month. :( very sad because I was really looking forward to trying something new.

You say I have a resolution, pelase outline what this is???!!! I haven't had one.

Awful product! Bought to use on my bikini area & doesn’t come close to even a razor shave. Completely useless in fact. Tried to return it several times and the company have ignored all my correspondence. I don’t want to send a video of me using it to ‘check I’m doing it correctly’ it’s an intimate area!! Unfortunately I have lost my customer number so they are using that as an excuse not to engage with my return. DO NOT BUY!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!! NOT REPUTABLE AT ALL!!

UPDATE: I have emailed the so called customer service 3 times now & still no communication back!!

Everytime I turn my smartshavey on I let the light flash until it stops but when I got to use it the light comes on to indicate that it's on but no sound comes out for it to actually work

This is the worst purchase I have ever done online!! It's already in the trash after less than 5 minutes. You can tell it is very cheaply made the minute you take it out of the box. I attempted to give it a try and boy was it horrible. I put it down and went to walk away and the top part just popped off on its own. After attempting and failing to put it back together multiple times I just gave up. I won't bother going through the return process after reading all the nightmare stories of others getting nowhere with returning it. I swear this is a scam to take people's money. DO NOT BUY!

Directions are easy to follow. Product is good quality and works very well. Does exactly what they claim. Would definitely recommend it

Terrible quality. Shaver catches skin, the razor is sharp and leaves hairs. I used as the instructions suggested.

Great product. Effective and painless. Ideal for legs, arms, underarms & bikini areas. Quick to charge and can easily be carried around. Well designed.

This razor is the best I have ever used. So easy to use Love you can charge on usb port No purchase of batteries or plugging into electric. My underarms and bikini area feels so soft and hair free. Recommending to my daughters and friends.
