Latest update- i've made a claim against iExclusive through the Small Claims Court. They didn't respond so i've now requested the Court raises a County Court Judgement against them. If they still don't refund me, it's the bailiffs next.

I reported this company to the local trading standards and the crime fraud team way back in October after a similar experience of not receiving my goods and fake tracking number. I cannot believe that they are still operating and taking peoples money. What does it take to get them prosecuted and closed down. I was one of the lucky ones who got a refund from the bank.
Bunch of scammers
I ordered an electric knife on 15 December. Never received confirmation or order no. They took the money as soon as I placed the order. Never received knife. In early January I managed to get money back through my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I purchased a 100mls One Million aftershave on the 13th October 2023. I received an Order acknowledgement by email confirming that my order would be with me within 3-5 days. It also had a post office Tracking number. Five days went by and I waited a little while longer. It was for my son's birthday on the 30th October. I then messaged and rang over and over again, as my son's my birthday was soon approaching. His birthday came and went and I still got no reply from them. The tracking number didn't even exist. I have been trying ever since to no avail, SO I WARN YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM IEXCLUSIVE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE YOUR ORDER. IN FACT YOU WOULDN'T HEAR A WORD FROM THEM. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND FALSELY TAKES MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME BY THEIR LOW COMPETITIVE PRICES, OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET!

SCAMMERS....Tried to buy a toaster before Xmas, first attempt was told that something went wrong with the transaction and received no confirmation or order number - so naturally tried again. This time saw an order number on screen but again no confirmation.....but they took my money TWICE! They've not responded to numerous phone calls and e-mails and I have never received a toaster - like I said SCAMMERS - How are they allowed to still trade?

The company is run by a scumbag thief, it took the money in November last year and never received the item, never answered my email ,never confirmed my order. I contacted the trading stands ,they weren’t interested, I contacted fraud police agency , they said they will look into it , after three weeks they contacted me to advise my they found no evidence of any fraud being committed, what a joke.

Scam!!! Order placed on the 21st November for a Christmas present. Lesson learned always check reviews before ordering anything. Website has now been taken down! Money gone, item never received. No confirmation no response to emails sent either.

I ordered perfume off this site that gave you £5 off for having their app, and I put in bank details so it was a bank transfer not card which the bank don’t cover you for DO NOT USE THEM. You ring they don’t answer .

They are a scamming company and they know how to do it well with the bank transfer not using card

IExclusive is a scam
Well they could improve by either sending my paid for goods or returning my money
They have ignored my emails and text I have suggested that if my goods which were paid for are not in stock i would except an alternative at the same value.they gave me an order number and a tracking number all bogus. Have they scammed others
iExclusive stole my money
iExclusive claimed my item was dispatched to Royal Mail on 24 October 2023 12:51. It never arrived to Royal Mail. iExclusive never replied to my multiple emails asking for an update so they stole my money.

Exactly the same as others! Ordered on 10th Jan via website, I’m very wary of scams/sites and everything looked to be fine! Didn’t notice I didn’t receive a confirmation email and I’m still awaiting the aftershave I ordered. The website has disappeared and I can’t get through via phone just on hold constantly. Raised it with my bank, hoping my son will get his money back as he ordered himself this with his birthday money!

I ordered perfume and never got a confirmation email. I did create an account an can see the order is processing but this has remained at this since December 2023. No answer to phone calls. Emails bounced back. Obviously a scam company. My bank has reimbursed me and has contacted them for a reply within 35 days. I hope the fraud team are able to deal with them to stop other people getting ripped off.
