Couldn't fault these guys. We asked to extend our rental last minute& they quickly organised this promptly without a fuss however , after we discussed it with our group we changed our minds. We received a clean diesel Hyundai I max which suited our family of 7 perfectly.We collected the car from Queenstown & drove to Christchurch. We had a minor issue which Shobana dealt with perfectly & professionaly and provided a favourable outcome again without fuss. This was the only reason I gave 4 stars. Happy to recommend omega car rentals .

The vehicle we had was very good and reliable. Easy transaction for us. We went to the office in the town as was told a shuttle would take us to collect the car near the airport. The office was closed when we arrived to be taken out to get car but the company paid for us to take a taxi.

Excellent very friendly staff and accomodating. Definitely will come back in the future.

The vehicle was well presented, mechanically sound and the price was reasonable. We had no issue in claiming the cab fare to pick up the vehicle at Queenstown Airport since the office in town was closed. When we dropped the vehicle off at Christchurch we were also refunded the out of hours fee as we dropped the vehicle during office hours - a nice bit of honesty and a good suprise!

We had a great expirience with Omega... everything went super well, price was super good, car was good... all we have been looking for.

Car rental was very straightforward, and changes were not a problem. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and communication was good. The car had lots of scratches and a couple of chips in the windscreen, but these were documented and didn't affect us.

Friendly staff. Little procedures to do. Nice car. Need to walk a little to the public transport after returning the car.

The little Toyota AQUA did its best with a lot of km on the clock. It seemed to be a bit slippy in the transmission on hill climbs, but did not let us down!! Fuel consumption was OK too.
