Great Nelson experience
The car, the pick up, the drop off back to the airport, the staff and the price were all great. The booking documents are somewhat onerous but perhaps necessary to protect the company therefore full marks. I would definitely consider Omega again.

Easy to deal with
Easy to deal with, friendly, plus pick up from the airport, no airport fees, full insurance with windscreen replacement for around $20.
I have no problem recommending them.

Great experience
The team in Nelson were super helpful and friendly. Had a great chat with them while filling in the paperwork and got some pointers and advice for our stay. Overall a great experience.
Also had a great experience dropping the car off in Picton. Again, really friendly and helpful staff.

Reliable, friendly and great value

Our arranged car when we picked up had a flat tyre. we were hurriedly given a replacement which had just been returned and not cleaned. Would not recommend or use again.

We picked up the car at Nelson AP
We picked up the car at Nelson AP, where the customer service experience from the ladies running the office was excellent. They walked me through the paperwork and the vehicle with out any rushing making sure I understood everything. The vehicle was in good condition and well presented. Drop off at Christchurch was very good as well.
