I was rather dismayed to be called and told that I could not pick up my car on Sunday in town. One of the key reasons for using your service was this convenience.
Anyway, I spoke with your lady and after discussing the options, it was agreed to pick up the car in town after all. Many thanks.
The rest of our trip was uneventful, and I would use you guys again.

We were looking for an inexpensive form of transport for ten days in the South Island. We covered 1700kms and our older Nissan Tiida we rented from Omega suited us perfectly. Very economical to run and an extremely economical hire rate suited us perfectly. Thanks Omega.

Omega car rentals I super affordable, the cars are always sparkly clean inside and out, and their online booking interface is extremely straightforward and easy - they also have no hidden fees in their quotes. My partner and I go with them every time over all the other rental options.

pick up was easy, drop off worked out ok after we were able to attract the attention of an employee we were early for our 6pm drop off yet the yard was already locked. the car was slightly older than we expected but it drove well and we had no issues with it.

The staff friendliness was second to none, I got the 'vehicle of the day' which wasn't flash but it did the job. Would definitely come back again :)

Friendly, clean and easy to figure out. The bond was a bit excessive but it worked out easier just to get the full coverage with insurance anyway, since it wasn't too expensive.

Up front, good service and an excellent price.
Car was an older Japanese import without all the whizzbang features but it drove well and got us where we wanted to go for the day.

The car I got the steering wheel was not straight, checked tyres pressure pretty sure wasn’t caused by that. It was a bit hard and took me time to get used it but over all the car was good to drive.
Key pick up and drop off were real easy, was my first time rent a car and I got perfectly explained. Good customer service.
