Friendly and welcoming team at Christchurch. Right from the pickup at the airport to driving away from the depot the process was so streamlined and just easy.
Originally booked a smaller vehicle, it was not available so upgraded to a larger SUV. Vehicle clean and comfortable.
Most appreciated and thanks again Team Omega @ Christchurch (and thanks to Omega Queenstown where the car was dropped off). Will definitely book again and would recommend.

Friendly service,
Friendly service, apart from a very dirty back window the car presented well.
I took out the comprehensive insurance when booking, l was not aware until l picked up the car in that this full insurance did not cover tyre damage, taking away, for me, the total peace of mind l thought l was paying for via the insurance cover.
Thanks for your service, apart from the lack of tyre cover, l was satisfied.
