Everything went smooth and the customer service is kind and helpful.

Bought an Aeron remastered (showroom model). The chair arrived well packaged. As described, it really is in mint condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought a refurbished steelcase leap chair at a good price. Bought from Spain, came shipped well packaged if in a somewhat tight and flimsy box.

Chair came with a faulty cylinder, but customer service was fast over whatsapp (slow over email at first) and got sent a replacement as well as assitance with other smaller stuff.

I had some trouble assembling the chair but customer support was super fast to respond and show me how to do it. Absolutely recommend buying from them.

Exactly wat I've expected from a refurbished chair. The chair is in good contidion and it works great. I only had some problems with the hight button. It took a while to figure out how to properly install it.

I bought a HM Mirra 2. Although there were some issues with the chair, after communicating with the support, eventually the issues were solved. There is room for improvement for the company, but I would recommend it.

Ordered an item for my office that I turned out not to need - Offeco refunded me v quickly and the customer service team were very nice over email.

My family has bought three chairs on separate occasions from Offeco, so I can attest that the service is always poor, not just a one off. One chair came severely damaged in transport, with the backseat bracket bent. One chair came with the plastic base cover shattered, and one came with missing bolts and another part. All three packages were very damaged upon receipt.

It seems poor customer service is the norm. I won't buy again from them, they barely reply to mails (if ever) and don't seem to care about the customer after taking the cash.

Edit: A day later, I was contacted on priority by a customer service representative, where they've acknowledged the issues. Normally, I'd rank this 3-stars, but they have offered a goodwill gesture and as such, I am updating the review from 1-star to 4-stars, as I feel this reflects the actual experience now.

The chair is in fair condition, a strong 8/10 as it has some play, buy this is to be expected with used products.

Therefore, I now cautiously recommend buying from Offeco, but double-check that everything's in the box, and reach out to them and ask if you need anything.

For the price it's a perfect option especially in Portugal

Refurbished Office seat was in excellent condition, only lumbar support was missing, quick email got that sorted out. Great service.

It's 4.5 out of 5. The chair arrived on time, the box was damaged but the chair looks fine. It had a bent metal part that I had to bend back, it requires long pliers but I managed with an adjustable wrench. I had to use their support email, they replied fast and provided a link to a YT video of how to fix that metal part. But honestly they should have all the videos and manuals on their website. It would have saved me a good amount of time. Otherwise the chair is good

I get information that chair is in preparation. After 10 days, I make call and nobody know nothing about my order!
I must send again payement and lose time and nervs.

The support team has been extremely helpful in solving a problem I had with my order, going great lengths to help me. I'm very satisfied also with the chair, which looks and feels brand new.

Offeco treated me really good. I had problems with the shipment due to errors made by the shipment company in Spain where I live but they managed to try again with the shipment and this time made an excellent job. My refurbished Leap chair is in pretty good condition and works perfectly! Special thanks to the assistant Bas Kuiper that managed to solve all the problems I had, answered really quickly and did his best.
