Great company
Bought a Herman Miller chair on their website for a good price. It was shipped from the Netherlands to France in 3 days. The chair was nicely refurbished and the package protective enough.
One screw was stripped and I could not properly assemble the full chair but the customer service replied quickly and sent me a pair of new screws for free. Very good experience !

My experience was good. I've ordered Mirra Butterfly basically for half price to Slovakia and it's arrived in cca 1 week. There were signs of use, but chair was nice and in great condition except one part, that was broken lever. They offered me compensation 25 EUR if it works and it is just covered or change whole frame for new frame if part is broken. We have changed parts with no problem and delivery was even faster then first delivery. My guess is that problem was packing and manipulation with box during transport. Anyway problem was solved and I was satisfied. Be careful, you have to put your chair together, so be sure you will check some Herman Miller videos before you will start.

Happy with my new HM Aeron chair!
I wanted Aeron for a long time, finally splurged. No regrets, thank you! The chair is basically new, no signs of use, despite being advertised as show room model. Castors even came sealed.
The chair arrived neatly packed with a lot of padding,
everything is perfect, and was relatively easy to assemble (after finding some youtube videos).
Some wishes / what could have been better:
1. Better shipping communication (when there is a delay expected)
2. Add some basic assembly instructions or relevant youtube link
The chair I got is great, but....
The chair I got is great, and I've been basically pretty happy with the purchase- once it finally arrived.
While they seem like very nice folks, I felt they didn't completely have their professional act together.
The site home page says "Delivery time within 1-5 business days" What they fail to mention is-
1) That's only, maybe, if you're in NL or BE
2) If you don't live in either of those countries it will probably take quite a bit longer.
3) They apparently often customize each order which will delay your order even more.
4) There seems to be some disconnect between the order department and customer support where they don't know what the other is saying or doing so you'll often get conflicting stories when your order is a week late and you're trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
This is one of the last emails they sent me-

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced, both regarding the delivery time and the minor cosmetic points you mentioned. As a gesture of goodwill, we have refunded the delivery costs in full for the inconvenience caused.
The refund has already been processed and will be credited back to you under the name “Mollie”, which is our payment provider.
You are absolutely right regarding expectations around delivery times. We have last week updated our delivery information to be more transparent, especially for international customers. You can find the updated page here:
Previously, the delivery time was stated as up to 8 working days. In practice, as also shown in your case, we realistically need around 8-12 working days in busy periods, and this has now been clearly adjusted.

As stated they refunded my shipping fees as a small token. I just looked at their site and they don't state clearly on the home page that for most countries will be 3-12 days, but that info is showing on their delivery info page. That's better than nothing.
Their chat support is super fast and responsive so you can always double check before ordering.
If you're not is a rush these guys are really decent.

Great chair at decent price
I bought my first Steelcase (Lamia) chair in November from Offeco. The chair came with an extra set of wheels (there was a promotion at that time). The soft parts look great, the fabric is nice. While the chair makes sounds when leaning backwards or has a few scratches on the surface I fully understand that it's not brand new. The delivery took longer than expected but there must have been a bigger demand just before the holidays, so I didn't mind. I paid around 1080 euros with Atlas headrest and shipping to another country. All in all, great experience.

At the very beginning I appreciate a lot of a good customer service. Effeco provided a 6/5 customer service from the first contact till the moments I the chair I ordered was assembled.
The Herman Miller Aeron Remasted wih full option and Atlas headrest was totally like a new with fraction of a price of new. The chair is refurbished but still Offeco offers amazing waranty for the chair

Bought me a desk chair on this site. Everything went very smooth. I had an issue with the wheels though. The rubber part (touching the ground) broke off after maybe 2 weeks. I mailed offeco and they sent me new wheels within the week. Excellent service!
