It was easy to navigate

I have many years of driving experience. The course reviewed important concepts needed for safe driving. The time allowed for each module was good.

Microphone not available on my desktop computer. Completing course on desktop. Had to use phone to constantly confirm my identity, switching back and forth. Log into account on computer, log into account on phone, complete ID requirements, log out of phone, continue with course. Verify ID, log into acount on phone, etc.!! Very confusing and annoying. Having me confirm my identity that ofter and then,after 5-1/2 hrs into the lesson, being locked out because of limited time to answer questions is ridiculous. Also, course info I had to review and got tested on is the same exact info that I reviewed back in 2023. Nothing changed!!! Why am I having to complete this course every 3 yrs when the information remains the same? The level of security to ensure I don't "cheat" is, in my opinion, at a level beyond what a reasonable person would expect to take "a course".

Horrible experience.
From the start it was hard to log and stay logged into the system, and I spent much time talking to your help center where the person was very difficult to understand and hard to follow her instructions. After I got back in and I was about 20% into the course it stopped recognizing my voice password and I had to call again, but this time I was not able to continue; and I asked that my money be refunded, but she could not do that. Sometimes later I received an email congratulating me on successfully completing the course and that I would be receiving the certificate in the mail, which obviously I never received.
I have filed a dispute claim with Visa.
PS. I mentioned this to a friend and he told me he had a similar experience and money was refunded to him.

I had to pay for another course in the process of not able to get my money back.

It was so easy to navigate and the lessons was very helpful. Customer service also did a very amazing job of being so helpful when I got locked out of accessing the lessons.

Would have been 5, but the super security is annoying,

A question was asked about child support arrears. The answer was suspended instead of revoked.
There were way more important questions to ask beside a drivers license in child support payments.

Easy to follow along

The information was useful, the time quoted to complete the course was accurate.

The course was interesting and helpful, although the required time for some of the sections is much too generous. This version is written more carefully and thoughtfully than earlier versions. The in-course video could use a refresh! All-in-all, a painless way to save a few bucks on premiums while reviewing the rules of the road. Thank you.

This course is a complete waste of time. Why can't NY State just require completion of a test instead of making everyone sit through information that is either completely obvious or irrelevant?

Third time attending online course. It’s well designed so you can’t help but absorb the material. And you get a 10% discount on your auto insurance.

Super easy navigation of the course. By far the best course I have taken. I’ve been driving for almost 30 years. I will continue to take this course every time it is needed for insurance discounts. I’ve shared this course with many friends and family. I highly recommend!

It was nice to take the course right from home
