Netjes en snel geregeld.
Ik heb een bestelling op de website gedaan en ik krijg gelijk per e-mail de factuur snel netjes, en een dag later. Ik ga even bellen. Ik had nog niets vernomen. De jongedame sprak me heel netjes beleefd aan. Zij vertelde ik wilde u net bellen en zij vertelde de waarheid helaas, het is niet meer op voorraad. Zij wist ook niet wanneer het weer binnen zal komen. Ik zei geen probleem. Gewoon annuleren en ook bij Riverty. Dat werd ook direct netjes geannuleerd direct na het telefoongesprek. Ik ontving binnen 5 minuten de bevestiging.
