I recently got a new Mac book after being a PC user since day dot. I'd always had an iPhone and iPad
and when I downloaded everything from the Cloud, for whatever reason, my email account and domain name that Nativespace provides would not come across. After consulting with Apple, I contacted Nativespace and where I received phenomenal support from Ron. My calls started on Saturday, and based upon his ability to understand my issue, and his desire to provide excellent customer service, he took it upon himself to log into my system and get everything working for me today.
Ron is proactive, a good communicator and incredibly diligent.

Professional support when it is needed.

I have been using nativespace for providing email accounts for decades. Beginning when telecomm email providers were the only way to set up email! I wanted to be independent of them so joined nativespace. The support is top quality. Send in a ticket with the issue and response is very quick, lightyears away from the corporate "tech support" I've experienced elsewhere.
The "techies" are knowledgeable, polite and most of all, fix the issue. What more could you ask?

Nativespace's technical support may be good, indeed it is the reason I have been a customer for around ten years, but their non technical support is abysmal.
They are unable to process payments for my account by credit card - a fault which my bank asserts is due to a problem with the Nativespace systems. To overcome this problem, which generally leads to my hosting service being suspended, I agreed to pay by Standing Order. This usually works for a month or two, then they change something with their accounting systems (I assume) and the invoices are flagged as unpaid - resulting in my hosting being suspended. Their technical support team usually re-instate the service and we then go around the loop again a few months later despite assurances that the problem is resolved and won't happen again.
