Highly recommended Nativespace manage my…

I have had Nativespace manage my hosting for 20 years. I highly recommend them. Never let me down. Very experienced IT know what they are doing and when Wordpress has failed me they sort it incredidbly fast. Efficient. Excellent. Fab communication response. Done by email tickets to real humans.

Great customer support

I am always very impressed with the speed of response to any technical issue i raise. Customer support is second to none. I would recommend NativeSpace as a web hosting platform. The cPanel interface has lots of options for tools. Competitively priced too.

Mission Critical - I think not

Before you ignore this and read the 5 star reviews yes, I can agree the customer service is quick to fix things but I should not have to keep using them.

So many issues and many you will not even notice unless you take the time to check them properly.

For example:

Paying for a RapidSSL certificate but you end up with the default free "let's encrypt" certificate because they dont actually install it. You will not notice this unless you take a deep look.

Paying for a dedicated IP - I did this but they never set that up either so i cancelled that.

In the past this provider used to be reliable. Over the last few years with a "Mission critical package" which I pay a big premium for they are constantly breaking my website. I should not have to check my website on a dialy basis to see what they have broken.

They will do random things like moving me to a different server and breaking DNS records or forcing a new PHP version update that can break existing code.

This is a joke! I used to host another site on their non mission critical package, they lost the entire site because they deleted the backups before taking a backup and had a hard disk failure. They lost EVERYONES data.

Why am I being charged so much for a mission critical package when they keep breaking things?

So while you can give 5 stars to the support team for fixing things that are broken I can only give 1 star for the service.

Every time I ask the team a question, the response is rapid, friendly and super helpful. They clearly take pride in their service and they are the best tech support team I have ever spoken to. This is why I have hosted with Nativespace for over 25 years

Going the extra mile!

I am webmaster for a small car club and have used Nativespace for a number of years. They have always been incredibly helpful and diligent in their service. If you have a problem or issue Gerald will really want to help to get to the bottom of it. We recommend Nativespace 100%.
