Great customer service, pleasant staff and the opportunity to contact them with any subsequent issues.

Very friendly and professional and not pushy when I visited Cwmbran to look at cars. I ended up buying a car that covers more than my expectations and the handover when I picked up my new car was made even better by the salesman sitting in the car and explaining the controls and how to get the best out of my MG ZS Hybrid +. I would recommend 100% from my own personal experience with the garage and the help from Rob and his team in my purchase.Very pleased.

I knew what I wanted before I came to the showroom, so that made it easier for all!
The Salesperson, Gwyn Evans, took me through the options, what would be included in the cost etc. All done with professionalism and friendliness.
Taking out a similar model for a test drive was no problem.
The whole experience was a relaxed one with no pressure to buy a car.
Collection was easy, a different Sales Person, but he had the same approach and went through the details of the car explaining and answering all my questions.

I've bought many cars over the years from different dealers, but the service I received here at the Bridgend branch made me decide that when I do wish to trade in this one in, they'll be my first go-to. From the start of test driving 4 cars/ discussing suitable options within my budget, and trading in my current car, the whole team were kind, patient, and offered us tea & coffee every visit and a full talk-through of the car on collection day. Highly recommend!

Gwyn the salesman talked and listened to me all through the sale very informative and professional through the whole process. The hand over again was handled by Gwyn who set all the settings that I wanted and did the bind of the car to the mg app on my phone. What more can I say I would recommend Nathaniel car sales to any one 5 star service and at a very good price

Generally a great experience. Our salesman, Christian, was great - polite, helpful and knowledge.
Would give 5 stars, but there was a 2 week delay in delivery of our car. Unfortunately Christian was on holiday, and other staff really weren't helpful, including not calling me back when they had promised to.
On Christian's return, phone calls were made and problem solved. But not before the insurance on the car I was trading in ran out and I had to buy short term cover.

Not pushy sales on the motability and very helpful on collection but there was a lack of comunication in the run up to collection that required me to call several times to try and confirm collection time and if the vehicle was ready

Staff were as usual warm informative and friendly.
Made to feel like nothing is to much trouble offered refreshments seating along with optional tv and magazines if you need to wait. Particularly grateful to Damien and Shane great attitudes very customer orientated.

Our salesman Geraint was excellent and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. We were very impressed by our purchase. Our new MG4 170kW Premium Long Range 64kW is a very good improvement over our 4 year old MG4 Trophy of similar spec. We just hope the new cars residual value will be better.
