BEST dentist experience ever!
I had an emergency appointment and was able to be seen just one day after contacting Mydentist online on a Sunday! The reception were wonderful, the facility clean and bright, and the dentist, Dr. Arora, was professional, thorough, considerate, and she did a fantastic job! Today I just had ANOTHER appointment with Dr. Arora to replace an old filling...again, the entire staff were fantastic and the whole procedure went so smoothly that I almost fell asleep from being so at ease. Now I want to continue with Mydentist Barrack Street. THANK you, mydentist!

I have been going to this dental practice for over twenty years in that time I have had several procedures all carried out by a lovely and caring dentist.all the staff at the practice are warm and friendly.I cannot recommend this practice enough for a warm welcome and great service

I’ve been going to this practice for years and all the dentists have been very competent and kind. New dentist for me today and he was excellent, patient and explained what he needed to do etc. staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

Failed Crown and No Responsibility Taken
Very disappointed with mydentist Seaton. A crown fitted in February 2025 failed twice within 15 months and ultimately had to be replaced elsewhere at a cost of £1,050. When I raised a complaint, I was told the practice would not accept responsibility because the treating dentist was self-employed and had since left the practice. As a patient, I dealt with mydentist, not an individual dentist, so I found this response extremely frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience.

Professional, friendly and pain free.
Excellent dental practice. My registration was processed quickly, and I was offered an appointment soon after. The waiting time at the practice was short, and the dentist provided a clear and concise treatment plan, explaining everything thoroughly.
I arrived feeling very anxious about visiting the dentist, but the team immediately put me at ease. By the end of my initial appointment, and again at my follow-up visit, I felt much more relaxed and confident. The care and reassurance I received were outstanding, and I would happily recommend this practice to anyone, especially if you’re nervous about visiting the dentist.
