Easy to order, tracked shipping, great prices. I was a little concerned about shipping as I live in Canada and wasn’t sure about shipping tobacco products across borders. My order showed up at my door 20 days after ordering and was tracked the whole way.

I'm being asked for a review. Havent even gotten my product yet. Dhl says it's been sitting in GB since 5 days and hasn't moved. I'll know how the snuff is when/if it arrives. For now, 5stars. Why? Mr Snuff has it packed and out the door the day I put the order in. DHL? We'll see....

My order never arrived, and none of my emails received a response. I had to contact my bank for assistance in resolving the issue. They determined that the site was fraudulent and refunded my money. I do not recommend using this service.

Unfortunately I can't give a negative rating. It's been well over a year when my shipment got sent back and I have never got my refund . Customer service and company is horrible. DO BETTER
