Great company, fast loan. Good customer service, everything going good.

Rude, unprofessional company, literally if you wanna see how these people treat you get a log book loan with them, I took a loan for £500, all good very easy same day and nice rep that turned up and they just wanted to see the car start and it’s documents, then they transferred £500 by faster payments to me and it was all done very quickly, however ! 3 months in my car was written off and my insurer paid £1450 for my car, they couldn’t get hold of motor kitty to get a settlement and in the end motor kitty had to call my insurance, then motorkitty sent over the wrong settlement firgure and my insurer paid them £68.32 too much, however it took 7 days for motorkitty to bank this chque so I had to wait 12 days, I still over 30 days later am still waiting for my log book so I can send it to my insurer so I can get paid my claim, I’m also waiting for £68 odd from motorkitty still, I asked to complain and the advisor sounded like he fell off his chair, I’m really not happy at all and I would never get another log book loan again as the worry that is caused is not worth it.

Very easy to apply for and always willing to help. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Needed to use these guys when I found myself in an unexpected tight spot and had never done this before.

In terms of the overall lending process it was very easy. In fact at times it felt too easy but it all went well. I think I applied on the Monday, the person came out to complete the paperwork with me on the Thursday, she called the office to verify it all and the money was in my account about an hour later.

I get a text and an email a day before the payment date each month as a reminder. Other than that I don’t hear from them.

And that’s kind of the reason I can’t and won’t give them the full 5 stars. On 2 occasions I called them with different enquiries. Neither were all that important but I never had the call back I was promised both times. Pretty disappointing but if all you want them for is a quick loan on your car then you’ll probably be happy.

Really happy with Motor Kitty. Not at all pushy. Really helpful and professional. Loan sorted and paid into my account very quickly. All in all a good experience.

I can only advise you to stay away from this company, i called to pay my bill, they took my card details and said transaction was unsuccessful, 3 times they did it, Then i check my bank statement and see all 3 transactions had come out my account, at first they denied all knowledge of it, i told them i had the proof in the bank statements, allpayments to CRATIVE FINANCE, i was spoken to extremely rudely by a man with an aggressive tone, i sasked to speak to the manager and he informed me he was not just a manager, he was the director of the companyy! What a way to run a business. absolutely awful. I have contacted my bank to claw the money back they stole, i am also going to the ombudsman, as they did nothing to fix the situation, never mind an apology, and to be verbally attacked by the owner of the company is outrageous, I am appalled by Motorkitty, . UPDATE this company just gets worse, when i call them, all my numbers get transfered to an answermachine that says. Thankyou for calling, all our people are dealing with other telemarkerters, we have put you call in a queue that will never be answered, heres some terrible music while you wait,.... This company is utterly the worst i have dealt with UPDATE! They reported me to the police for harrassment because i contacted them on facebook. I told the police to arrest me but they wouldnt as they had no grounds, Pity as i would of loved to get the media involved, A complete joke of a company, Happy to take your money, then block your phone number, then report you to the police if you contact them on social media, An utter shambles of a company, Please please please do not use these people, they are the worst, go somewhere else for your own sake. And one more thing, dont be taken in by the good reviews as motorkitty use the collecting technique, They invite customers to leave a review, which means most of them would not have left review without the company begging for it, and who knows what they have promised in return, In my opinion, never trust a compant that goes collecting

First time using motorkitty and foud them to be friendly and fuss free application. Fast decision and payment made quickly once visit by their friendly rep to look at car and sign paperwork. Would definitely use again

Easy straight forward process. Would use again once paid off my loan.
