Hugglescote Grange
From the first visit to the showhouse meeting Jack and viewing our potential new home, the experience was positive no pressure from Jack just very helpful. After deciding to purchase the property everything was explained and the sale went through quickly. We had a thorough home preview before moving in where we were told how everything works. After moving in we had a visit from Martin the site manager asking us to inform him of any snags or problems we had and I have to say Martin has been amazing from moving in up to the present day. Any queries/questions we have had have been answered promptly.
Overall our experience of Morris Homes Hugglescote Grange has been excellent and would highly recommend.

Chris at Arden Park has been incredible for us. So far we have only reserved and are super excited to complete and move in. Chris has helped us every step of the way so far and been so helpful we couldn’t ask for a better guy to deal with as we purchase our forever home!

Hugglescote Grange - We couldn’t be happier with our new home! From reserving our home to a few months since moving in, everything has been spot on. Jack made the buying process super simple and good fun, we always felt welcome when visiting and he kept us informed of progress. Martin and the site team have been brilliant since we moved in, they’ve remedied things quickly (we’ve had only small snagging issues, nothing major at all), and always been extremely helpful. I’d say the whole team go above and beyond - even down to helping us move a pallet, watering the garden, and giving us a skip to get rid of rubbish. We couldn’t recommend them enough - thank you!

Hannah at Rivington Park has been amazing! So helpful, thorough and proactive. I cant thank her enough for helping me to find our absolute dream home! We can't wait to move in!!

We have recently moved in to a Morris Home new build on Bartle Meadows, Preston. I cannot recommend this particular development enough, right from the get go we have been thoroughly looked after.

Paula and Jo in the sales team do a fantastic job at putting you at ease through a normally stressful process. Their communication has been brilliant with clear updates at every step.

Once we moved in, Matt and Shaun made sure our home was perfect with every little minor niggle being sorted in the first couple of weeks, bearing in mind they were only three minor cosmetic niggles. They have also made our move in process so much easier, helping with any excess waste we had and even tasking a painter to come round to touch up any nicks we made when moving our furniture in.

I have heard horror stories from some housing developments (not Morris Homes) in the area, our experience has been nothing but positive with the team at Bartle Meadows.

Had to speak to Shaun (site manager ) and Matt (assistant site manager) regarding some issues...Dave was there at the time.

The customer service and resolution regarding the issue was excellent.

The customer service I received from the 3 of them was nothing short of exceptional.

Nothing is too small for them to handle, and they always put themselves out to help.

Don’t buy a Morris house unless you are prepared for them to not complete drainage and roads

Apart from the quality of the build,the site manager- Martin Lee - was exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble when settling into our new home

It has been wonderful journey from reservation until completion. Sales has been very supportive and especially Jess Williams who has been very collaborative and tried to resolve all open issues to the extent she can. I would strongly recommend Morris Homes considering their professional attitude and customer care. Of course, as always there are improvements possible but overall journey was very pleasant from start until handover.

Excellent experience with Morris Homes and Martin Lee

We’ve had a really positive experience with Morris Homes and are very happy with our new home.

A special mention has to go to our Site Manager, Martin Lee, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout. Martin has always been approachable, helpful and quick to respond whenever we’ve had any questions or anything that needed sorting. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and he’s made sure things have been dealt with properly rather than just brushed aside.

Buying a new-build home can obviously come with a few small things that need addressing, but what really makes the difference is how they’re handled. Martin has made the whole process much easier and has clearly taken pride in making sure we’re happy with our home.

Overall, we’ve been really pleased with the quality of the house and the aftercare we’ve received from Morris Homes. Martin in particular is a credit to the company.

Would happily recommend Morris Homes based on our experience.

My sister and I dropped into Arden Park today to view the show homes and were welcomed with open arms and provided with a lot of information about the houses on the development. We were able to visit one of the houses which wasn't a show home because we were especially interested in that style. Ruth really knew her stuff and provided helpful comparisons between the Morris Homes and the Shelbourne Estates homes (sister company) which are also on the development. We'll be back when we have more time than a lunch hour. Thank you Ruth! Also super helpful support from Tracey at Shelbourne Estates. Thanks again Tracey and see you again soon too! Ann & Kate.

I met with Rob up at Hunsbury Grange and he was extremely helpful with the enquiries that I had.

We visited the Rivington Park development. Immediately we were made to feel welcome. Hannah was extremely polite, friendly and patient and showed us a variety of properties. She explained all the options and was great with our little one-we really appreciated this. Thank you so much for your time and all your help.

We have been in our property on Greenmount Manor for nearly 7 weeks now. The standard of service we received from Clare and Dean the site manager in the run up to us purchasing has not wiltered at all. They have been great at keeping close and ensuring we are happy and dealing with any problems (not that there have really been any) quickly. I cannot recommend Morris enough, the ease of the process, the quality of the build and the top level staff they employ to ensure you are looked after are all fantastic.

Really happy with the service from Rob at Shelbourne Estates, Hans Park Grange. I had originally arranged to view just one property, but when he realised the garden wasn’t quite right for me, he was more than happy to show me another house as well. He was very understanding, polite and professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his help and would definitely recommend him.

Dropped in to Arden Park without an appointment, and spoke with Tracey. She was a lovely lady, and very knowledgable. She spent time with us and explained everything we asked about. Really good experience, and we hope to see more of her in the future

In the process a buying a new home at the meadow Macclesfield, Wendy has been amazing throughout! From the moment we saw the house on the plans we knew it was the one and didn’t hesitate in reserving the property. Wendy talked us through how everything worked when buying a new build and was very knowledgeable. We’ve had problems with our buyers and Wendy has been on the phone chasing everyone in the chain to find out what is going on. Honestly had the best experience and cannot wait to move into our new house very soon!

Just bought a house and Chris has been brilliant from start to finish. We are first time buyers, so unsure of the process and he’s made it super easy and a really enjoyable process!
