not used mimotek before accidently dropped onto their web site they had what i wanted at the right price much cheaper than anyone else ordered the phone was very happy with it the service was excellent very helpful and came they across has a genuine seller one i could trust, top marks. Despite the extreme limitations posed by Covid-19 Mimotek provided a great service. Royal Mail let them down by delaying delivery but their Customer Support was on point, assuring me of the product's arrival. PS4 works very well. Cheers

Everything was fine. The product arrived on time and works. You lost a star for not stating clearly that the product was a foreign item and would have been opened and resealed. And the instruction leaflet wasn't in English. Only minor issues but worth losing a star over

I did read the reviews here before I purchased and was slightly put off by the negative reviews.
I emailed them to confirm why the price was so good and they assured me it was all above board.
The dispatch took a while but otherwise was perfect.
Quick responses to my messages, package arrived in perfect condition. Would recommend for fellow savvy savers!

Hi phone arrived a little later than expected. However believe that was down to Royal mail. I didn't realise phone was "open box". The box was a little tatty and the film was missing off the screen. When I raised this with mimotek they gave me a choice of £20 credit or return the phone which I thought was very fair. The phone itself is great. Would use mimotek again. Excellent communication via email. Original dispatch message bit misleading hence only 4 stars otherwise would have given 5.

Very disappointed. Ordered new sim card free phone and received used sim card tray free phone. No booklet, no guarantee-nothing just a phone and a charher in a foil wrapping in a black box with no markings. Refurbished or used, with missing details. Afraid to ask about refund as package was opened and after reading reviews- I think Ijust lost money.

Giving 3 stars! I ordered a new Nvidia shield pro 2019. Prior to placing my order, I called the customer care to ask for more details about it. I was told it is brand new and it is the latest version. Behold, I got a used Nvidia shield 2019 pro. Since the device works fine (for now), I am giving 3 stars.

Received second hand refurbished item missing items instead of a brand new phone . Unable to get through to customer services. Have been ripped off.

Edit: Following Mimitek response. It came in the right box - items were missing including headphones. Fingermarks all over the "new phone" and why would I need a samsung guarantee with a huawei phone. Your response doesnt apply to the phone i bought from you.

I ordered G 5g Motorola from them when I opened it was opened before no headphone called them lots no one picked the phone.

I rung up to ask if the phones where brand new and why they were so cheap and was told they were brand new and bought in bulk that's why they were cheap. The phone arrived and its was in fact a customer return. Had I been told this prior to order I would still have placed it but I wasn't happy being lied to. I had a fault on the phone from day one with the camera and luckily the phone came with two warranties. The year with mimotek which honestly is as useless as their customer services as when I reported the issue I was told to contact Samsung. Samsung have rectified the issue as fortunately it has a 2 year warranty with them.

At the point of order there was no writing about it being grade A hence why I called and asked these questions as other sites were selling the same phone for the same price grade a listed. Regardless, with a faulty camera it was not grade a.

Before purchase called to see when I will be able to receive item - been assured if order placed on the day it will be dispatched next day for delivery following day so proceeded with order. All confirmations went through straight away. 2 days after order got e-mail saying order is being prepared to dispatch; 3 days after that got e-mail saying order will be dispatched in the next 4 days. Called saying this is a joke want to cancel order been told this is not possible as order is being prepared for dispatch which will happen in next 4 days. After another 4 days got e-mail saying my order has been dispatched and tracking information will be sent in next e-mail. 2 days later received another e-mail saying that due to covid my item will not be dispatched and need to wait another 14 days! Joke not a company. AVOID.

Item arrived with no charger and instruction leaflet not in English. Wrote to you regarding this and received no reply.

Dishonest company, I was expecting new but received clearly second hand product with wrong or missing leads (unable to test whether is working or not) damaged packaging and worst don't answer the phone when tried to contact them. It took 13 days to receive scrap item.
Beware! These are very dishonest people.

Box was badly ripped and damaged I was told the box was fine when I phoned not happy never buy from memotek again
