I have actually been robbed! I have sent back a faulty tablet that was bought in November and has never worked. I finally got back in touch with them told to send it back. Now no contact and the phone lines like always are shut! So they have literally taken my
Money for nothing! This company has to be stopped! I have contacted trading standards twice about them! Please please please do not buy! I was also told the item was new but it was refurbed! Please don’t even take a chance with these scammers!!!!!!

Purchased a tablet 6 months ago. Finally arrived after about 6 weeks wait. Its now stopped working. Mimotek say only 3 months warranty on refurbished goods. Refurbished was never mentioned. I purchased as new....I thought. Samsung say should have been returned to them as part of a batch and not sold. Looks like I'll have to claim through my bank. Hassle and no tablet

for 512GB. brand new sealed this what its said on website ok I get delivered Larter on and phone and box was used not brand new all box open and everything then ok I contact them too many time I even Get email they received email but I never get answer!!!
and other think they send me 256GB memory !!!!
what I was paying for ???? just don't buy anything of them I will go to see solicitor and do something and no I am not going to leave like this stealing money for wrong cheater items not happy never again as I have all proof of pic I buy and email

Do not purchase from this site, they will not refund a returned item, My bank is still chasing the funds

Unfortunately I am like everyone else who has been taken for a ride with these.. Bought a Samsung A41 last year December 2020, advertised as new. Had the phone for a couple of months which worked fine until it didn't turn on anymore. After trying to get in contact with Mimotek I realised I had been bent over. You can't call, only email, which I had emailed and had a response 5 days later saying to send the phone back to them and they will fix it.

Looked at the reviews and refused to send the phone back, got in contact with Samsung repair who came to the house and said they couldn't fix it due to the main board not working which you can only get fixed on warranty. They advised to speak with Samsung to see if it is under warranty as its under a year old.
Big surprise, it wasn't covered due to the device being classed as defected, which was from a previous owner.
Absolutely raging. Usually I look at reviews of online company's who I'm buying from, kicking myself for being so dumb.
Do yourself a solid and AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully whoever started this up gets there comeuppance soon.

Placed an order for a phone on the 30 Nov 2020, order got delayed twice, finally cancelled in December. 3rd Jan 2021 they send a refund screenshot after asking for the money. As of today (28th Feb 2021) haven't got the money back. Still they are saying that their system shows it is refunded.

Bought a Galaxy S20 in August 2020 and had no real problems until January this year when the phone wouldn't recognise a SIM. Sent it to Samsung for repair under warranty, who informed me that it was a "cut and shut"of two different colours of phone, and would have charged me £500 for repair. I therefore had it returned and got in touch with Mimotek, who promptly responded and asked me to send it back to them for repair or replacement.. What a mistake!
As like everyone else, I'm now getting the rude or silent treatment; I suspect the phone has just gone back into circulation and will be sold to someone else. THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY BENT, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Ordered a Samsung tablet s5 spent £280 in December, received an email 2 days later saying they have cancelled and I am still awaiting a refund. After emails going back and forth with this company even got the bank involved they kept saying request a chargeback..stay away from this company. 3months on and still waiting for a refund, bank is disputing this.

I have made my order about 3 months ago, no product or refund still.
Will be making a court claim and see what happens.

I ordered XBox Series X from Mimotek. Next day got info, my transaction was cancelled and refunded. Waited two weeks for a refund, didn't get it. I had to call the bank and get chargeback from the credit card company. Total waste of time. I just managed to freeze £600 for almost a month. This website is a scam.

Do not touch, bought a Samsung a41phone, which was advertised as new, not new and had cracked screen. Returned but no money refund as they claimed. Now having to claim money from credit card

Item sold as new but used. Sent item back and still waiting on refund 5 weeks later. Cannot provide evidence of refund so looks like i am going to loose my money.

Bought a mobile phone from them and it took ages to arrive and then was faulty. Repeated emails and phone calls but not one reply, seem to be using Covid as an excuse to not follow up complaints.

I am still trying to get in touch with Mikotek after buying a faulty watch from them!

When I ring the company nobody answers, when I email them nobody gets in touch with me regarding a refund.

I just been robbed like 90 percent of people on here!!

I should have read the reviews before buying from this cowboy company, sent an email to customer support bern waiting for an refund for well over a month, called the "sales" line very unhelpful and rude by trying to get me off the phone, dont buy from these cowboys it may be slightly cheaper than the market bit i know why, avoid like the Plague, £314 later

Terrible service! I understand I had to wait a long time due to covid restrictions but to wait that long and then recieve a damaged and broken Gaming PC. It is disgusting that you would send something so useless to me. I ordered a PC so I could do school work and gaming. You have ruined my grades!! I would like a refund of my £600 or a new PC asap!

I recently ordered a phone from your company, at a cost of £130 but due to the global lock down it was meant to be refunded to me because the phone never came and yall claimed to be out of service, it's almost been a month it still hasn't been refunded
