Used the stairs
We live on the 9th floor of a block of flats but the lift only goes to the 8th floor. Despite this, the courier took the time to run up the stairs and leave the parcel outside our front door. Sometimes couriers don't bother coming up and leave parcels in the basement. Thank goodness for honest neighbors who bring the parcel up to our flat.
