Poor customer service
We are a clinic who order from Medisave regularly. We received the wrong type of blood bottles which are not clear on the website from the description or pictures. The returns process is a hassle and they won't return one pack of bottles which were opened (we couldn't tell it was the wrong type of bottle until it was opened and checked). Very poor customer service and will take out custom elsewhere to be a more reasonable competitor.
Edit: The reply tells the reader everything you need to know. If you have a small business, I’d suggest using another medical equipment provider.

We feel that a 1 star review for this experience is unfair.
To clarify this situation:
1) This is the product that you ordered (2 packs of)

2) You assumed that it had a feature that met your requirements (despite no reference to this feature being displayed online).
3) You opened the product (which is sterile) and then discovered that the feature you assumed it had (which was not listed online) was not actually present.
4) You were then unhappy that we would not refund the product that you had opened (as it was open, it was not in a re-saleable condition, and there was nothing faulty with the product- it just did not have the feature that you assumed it had).
If you ever have any product questions - we operate a Live Chat service from 8am until 9pm Monday to Friday, we have a dedicated Customer Service Phone Line and you can email us (you can even contact us via Facebook or Instagram).
We offered to process a refund for the unopened box that you had received, and our Customer Service team provided details of a product that could have been suitable (that had a label on the tube suitable for adding patient details).
As a business, we do encourage all customers to check product listings carefully and we are more than happy to answer any questions before you place an order- as this then prevents any problems for you.
In terms of the returns process- what we suggested is a normal returns process (send the item to us, mark the exterior of the parcel with a returns reference) and we would then refund the one unopened pack.

Your order was placed at 4.34pm on Sunday 27th September.
You chose the Standard Delivery service, which was advertised as a "within 5 working day service"- with a delivery estimate of "on or before Monday 5th October.
You then contacted us on Wednesday 30th September (2 working days after you placed the order) to complain that your order was taking too long to arrive (even though you had chosen the slowest delivery service that meant the order could arrive up to Monday 5th October).
If you required the order urgently, instead of choosing the Standard Delivery option, there was the option of choosing either Next Day delivery or our Within 3 Day Priority delivery.
Your order will be with you very soon.

A very good quality stethoscope, the colour is identical to the pictures, and the engraving is very nicely done. The perfect gift for a vet student really, and it arrived very quickly, packaged very well.

Your order was processed on 14th September and delivered was attempted on 15th September.
A despatch email was sent to you by us and Royal Mail will also have sent you a despatch and tracking email.
Royal Mail has advised that they attempted delivery, but no one was available to receive the delivery (it was sent via Special Delivery, so the parcel could not just be left).
You can re-arrange delivery of your order via the link that was sent to you by Royal Mail- this has recently been re-sent to you.
As the stethoscope was engraved at your request, we unfortunately cannot cancel and refund the order.

I ordered a cardiology master stethoscope and the company said it was delivered to me but the stethoscope never actually reached me.
After repeated attempts to reach the medisave team to solve the issue , i didnt receive any response from them

Absolutely awful service from this…
Absolutely awful service from this company, the item was never delivered. I contacted them to inform them that my order hasn't been delivered and they said that the Royal mail had tried to deliver but nobody home and to go to Royal mail website with the card they left me so that I can rearrange delivery. Im disabled and haven't left my house and the Royal mail have not left a card so I am unable to rearrange delivery on their website without the card with tracking code. I requested a refund and was told that I can go into town to the Royal mail depot to get my parcel ( which they won't give me without the attempted delivery card ) even though I paid for delivery and they cannot provide any evidence they tried to deliver it. Im shocked that a medical equipment company can treat a disabled person so badly and am only grateful that I didn't pay for a large amount of equipment. I would never use this company again and I suggest that others don't either. Disgusting company.

I am sorry for the problems that you have encountered with Royal Mail.
However, calling Medisave UK a "disgusting company" is somewhat harsh.
Allow me to provide some additional context for readers of this review:
1) Royal Mail could not deliver the order on the 12th September.
2) The customer did not re-arrange delivery via the Royal Mail website (they had all the relevant information sent from us via email).
3) The order was returned to us by Royal Mail.
4) We have provided a full refund.
We despatched the order to this customer on 10th September. A tracking link was included (Royal Mail also send a tracking link email to the customer).
The customer then contacted us on the 16th September to ask where their order was.
We replied to them to advise that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 12th September but they could not gain access to the property.
The order was then taken to the Royal Mail depot for collection.
We advised the customer that they needed to re-arrange delivery with Royal Mail (this is not unique to Medisave, it's a perfectly normal thing to do when you have missed a delivery).
We sent the customer ALL of the required details to re-arrange the delivery (which they already had).
However, the customer claims that they needed the card from Royal Mail to re-arrange the delivery.
They did not need the card from Royal Mail to arrange the re-delivery- they just needed to use the link we sent them via email.
We have subsequently refunded the order, as it has been returned to us by Royal Mail.
Ordering online is very convenient but there are sometimes issues with the delivery if the recipient is not available and there is no Safe Place to leave the order.
