Regarding the chicken, this depends on the product you order. If it is listed as fresh/chilled chicken, it will arrive chilled and not frozen. If it is a frozen product, it will be sent frozen as stated in the product description and can arrive defrosted as per the product details,

My package arrived on time and was left…
My package arrived on time and was left where I had instructed. However, when I opened the box, I found that the contents had leaked. I believe the plastic bag may have burst when the courier placed the cardboard box on the ground. I do not blame the courier; my concern is with the packaging used by the company.
I expected the chicken breasts to be supplied in a sturdy original plastic tray or sealed container, rather than together in a loose plastic bag. I cannot confirm whether the bag had originally been vacuum-packed, as I found it already open when I received the delivery.
The chicken appeared to be of mixed quality. Some pieces looked fresh, while others appeared older, with a yellowish colour and a sticky surface. I have previously worked in a restaurant and, based on my experience, some of the chicken looked as though it may have been exposed to air or stored improperly before packing.
The pork loin pieces were kept in their original packaging outside the chicken bag and appeared to be in good condition.
I also noticed that the chicken bag displayed a halal label. However, because of the visible blood and the poor overall presentation of the product, I do not feel confident about the quality or handling of the chicken.
This was my first purchase from your company, and I am very disappointed. I would not be willing to order again unless you can assure me that future products will be fresh, consistently good quality, and properly packaged to prevent leakage or damage during delivery.

We take great care when packing our orders, and our chicken is vacuum packed rather than supplied in trays. Unfortunately, if a parcel is damaged during transit, the vacuum seal can be compromised, which can result in leakage. While this is outside of our control once the parcel leaves us, we do investigate every damaged parcel with the courier.

The order was on time and packed beautifully. The chicken breasts were the best I have ever bought, I was very impressed with those. The Tiger Tails were really tasty as were the pork steaks. The rib eye steaks I was disappointed with. They didn’t have much flavour and were unexpectedly chewy but overall I was pleased with my order. Very good quality overall .

Did not have the best experience
Did not have the best experience, the first delivery attempt failed, the DPD driver changed the delivery times twice and ultimately never showed up.
I reached out to customer service who were helpful and expedient. I got a new delivery, but unfortunately it arrived damaged, not the box itself but the bags containing the meat which means the area I opened the box in quickly became covered in various juices and had to be cleaned.
