Avoid at any cost. Received the mattress and it's stinks nearly vomited looks like its been sat in some depo and a few dogs urinated on it. Im not even joking. Very bad customer service would respond if a week time. No returns unless i pay the postage which is in Germany and you only have 14 days for them to receive the item. Unbelievable
Thats my experience how £110 go in the bin

I placed my mattress order in early January, which means it’s been over two months now — and it still hasn’t been delivered.
I have sent you four emails already. Three of them received exactly the same copy‑paste reply, and the last one hasn’t been answered at all.
There is no issue with my email — everything gets delivered just fine, unlike your promises. Each time you’ve said the mattress would arrive “next week” or “within a month,” yet nothing ever happens. This is beyond frustrating — it’s ridiculous.
I now expect a clear, concrete delivery date immediately. If you cannot provide that, I demand an instant refund.
It’s unacceptable that a paid order has been delayed this long with nothing but empty messages in return.
This is the last attempt to resolve this directly with you before I escalate the matter further.
I am very disappointed with my order from Matratzen.discount. The original delivery date was supposed to be the 9th, but I have not received anything — no delivery, no tracking information, and no notification about any delay.
I have also tried contacting customer service by email to ask about the status of my order, but I have not received any response. The complete lack of communication makes the situation even more frustrating.
I would appreciate a prompt explanation and clear information about when my order will actually be delivered. Unfortunately, this experience does not give a reliable impression of the company.

We do everything we can to ensure that our products are shipped quickly and efficiently. The tracking link should remain active during the shipping process.
Slatted frames are heavy, and they get thrown around and dropped by shipping companies, which sometimes causes the boxes to break and the parts to fall apart completely. This may be why your shipment has gone missing.
I recommend sending an email to our customer service team at customer-service@matratzen.discount with your order number. We will then ask GLS or the other shipping providers involved to investigate where your package was last seen.

The delivery was supposed to take 1–2 days, but I waited more than 10 days, and for a long time the package hadn’t even reached my country. The shipping was extremely slow, and I was very disappointed at first — I even left a 1-star rating because of it.
However, the mattress itself is truly amazing. It feels incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. So while the delivery experience was frustrating, the product quality is excellent.

Very poor customer service ordered a matttress and for changing size there is no option.They deliver from germany to netherlands in less than 24 hours but do not have option to return it back in Netherlands.Asked me to send a heavy matttress back to them and bear the cost which is more than the mattress cost itself.
