How is it that this company is allowed to trade. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE !! I plan to take this further as you are ripping people off. Get a life and get a proper job DISGUSTING !!

Have been scammed!!Thought this was ,UK company but turns out is in China.
Bought a dress for £35 took over a month to arrive which was annoying.
The dress was horrendous ordered a size 8 was more like a size 16 or more, awful material did not resemble the picture shown in site
I emailed them to say wanted ro return took ages for reply after several emails sent was offered a 60% discount if I bought a other item !!! Said wanted a refund they emailed to say had attached a returns form but wasn't attached eventually after sending several more emails got a returns form but address in China !!! How much will that cost to return and would I get my money back ? I think not, DO NIOT BUY FROM THIS SITE I have learned my lesson and am £35 out if pocket, dress only fit for the bin grrr

Do not buy from this company it is in china. Tried to return top that was not true to size and it would have cost £26 pound.
Material is not as nice as picture on order site.
Reached out but only offered me to re order and pay 40% of price and keep blouse i had! But i really do not like blouse either. Had to email them so many times without a good conclusion

This is awful 3 items one is so small not what I ordered nothing like the picture the dress is awful material
Now told if I want to return it is at my expense to Asia DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE I WILL GIVE THE ITEMS TO CHARITY .They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number DONT BUY

I would give it zero if I could. I ordered a dress which looked lovely in the image but the dress that arrived was nothing like the image of the dress I had ordered. It was enormous too and of a very cheap nylon. I am reluctant to send it back for a refund as this would include postage expense and therefore would lose more money. I would not trust them with my bank details. Very disappointing indeed.

Looks like I got scammed … two appalling dresses believing they were UK based . Offered discount but I would not put my granny in them!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! SCAM!!! This Company is NOT UK based even though it appears it is with an UK email address! Believing it was in the UK and reading the 5* reviews on THEIR website I ordered a dress which arrived looking nothing like the dress on their website! The quality being dreadful, cheap material and absolute rubbish. They say It is down to the customer to return goods to their central warehouse in CHINA at their own expense no doubt incurring extortionate charges in doing so.
There is no guarantee that your money will be refunded even though the item is NOT as shown on their website. They even had the audacity to offer me a 60% discount code if I would like to reorder the dress again as I wasn’t happy with it, or something of similar value! Why on earth would I want to do that!! I cannot emphasise enough, DO NOT buy from this Company.

It’s a scam paid £36 for a dress it came in a package exactly like Temu same cheap horrible material, I found a identical dress on Temu £11 I can’t get anyway trying to return it I’m going to have to cut my losses and remember to read the reviews first . I never buy of Facebook I always go directly to the company and it looked lovely. DONT BE FOOLED

BUYER BEWARE this company is a scam. The company suggests it is in the UK but they are not, they are based in China. What arrives looks nothing like the web site and the quality of the clothes is so poor I wouldn't even donate to a charity shop. The web site says 30 day money back guarantee but what they don't tell you is you have to pay to return it to China which costs a fortune.

The dress when it arrived was nothing like shown on the website the material is cheap and nasty so don't be fooled wouldn't even pay £5 for this dress

The website comes across as being UK based, this is not the case it is a front, everything is from Asia, yes there is a returns policy, however if you do purchase anything and have to return it, it goes back to China at you own cost, they have a Uk email address and a pin on the website as if they are based in the UK, the order l received,was nothing like the website and they tried to tell me it was “ studio lighting, different computer screens and anything but the real reason as to why it was not like the website, you are paying a price for a item, that is cheaply made.

Wish I could give less than one star. Cheap nasty (and smelly) material and not worth returning as the company is in China and I doubt I’d ever see a refund despite shelling out good money after bad to return. One for the charity shop. Avoid at all costs

I ordered because I thought this was a shop in London Bridge. Had I known the products came from China I would not have ordered at all.
To be honest I am not expecting to receive any thing from this and will have to right off the £32.00

I had a really positive experience with Margot & Grace. The item arrived as described and the quality was lovely – comfortable, flattering and exactly what I was hoping for.

Customer service was also very helpful and responded quickly when I had a question, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

Overall very happy with my purchase and would definitely order again.
