DO NOT USE! Scam site, purporting to be in UK but items are shipped from China. Unbelievably poor quality, slow shipping  and expensive returns.

Do not buy from this company, very very poor and cheap material.
I sent the dress back in July and after sending several emails, I still haven't received any money back.
Absolutely disgusting.

No, just no. Save yourself the bother. You want to believe them. Don't do it. The website appears genuine but it's deceptive. Their London address 7 Bell Yard WC2A 2JR is a parking lot, as per Google Maps.

Just tried to send my item back: $320 to send to China. The product was inferior and I was offered 10% of my money back. Guess I should have taken the offer. DO NOT do business with this scam company!

I ordered a and it was very huge and the pattern was much larger that in the pics. I contacted them about returning the shirt. I thought it was a company in South Carolina and legit. First they offered me to get a different size for an additional 9.95 and I could keep the huge shirt. Then they offered a 50% credit on their site and keep the huge shirt. Then they offered to give me a 10% refund and I can keep the shirt. I said I wanted a full refund and an address to return the huge shirt. They sent me an address in China to return the shirt. So I have been scammed as their website doesn't list China in the Return information.

Just received my jumpsuit today after around 2 months of waiting and am disappointed. This is not linen blend it is cheap polyester fabric and was parcelled in a ball. So wish I had have read the reviews before wasting my money

I would rate this 0 !! I purchased two dresses in good faith, when they arrived they were the wrong size, and awful material !! It cost me to send back that was April, my tracking says it is in customs in China!!! Please don’t purchase anything from this awful company !! They have stopped answering my numerous emails 😡

Awful, don't shop with this Chinese company.
Goods come straight from China, then if needing to be returned you have to pay to send them back there. My parcel has been stuck 'at customs' for three months. I've no chance of getting my refund of £60. They've stopped replying to my emails.

This horrible scam is now under the name Margot & Ivy, pretending to be a boutique in Greenville SC, USA. Complete con, horrible nylon dresses that are huge tents and look awful. Trying to dispute with Capital One, my credit card company

Spent 100.00 get 19.00 back on blouses that aren't returnable. Wrong sizes and weird fitting. What a crock of crap this co. Is.

I would actually say less than one. Agree that the items are cheap and low quality. I believe there is no store in Greenville, South Carolina they are really in China. For a return they want you to ship to Shenzen not a US address. They offer a partial refund and keep the items or a store credit. I’m still dealing with trying to get a refund. Don’t use this company.

I should have checked Trustpilot first. Dress came from China, not the US. Nothing like the quality I expected and poorly made, ill fitting. Upon closer inspection, pictures on their website are all AI generated, and even through it says returns are easy...they are not. I am trying to return for a refund, and they want me to pay shipping to get a replacement...which I do not want.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS FIRM. Total scam. I ordered 2 dresses, they did arrive but the quality was awful and nothing like the photos. The sizes were huge. I returned the items and of course, have received no refund and I don't even think the return address they gave me was legitimate.

Shocking in every way. The dress is made of cheap nylon material, no washing instructions or proper company label. No invoice, no company address and so, no way of returning the dress for a refund. Evri delivered it and the package said it was from GB. What and where is that is impossible to find. Margotandgrace was printed on an inside plastic bag or I would not know the company name. So I am here, writing bad review! Nightmare purchase and a scam.

Ordered three dress costing over £100 believing this was a boutique based in the UK. The dresses I recieved was unrecognisable to the pictures on the website. They were shapeless cheap nylon. To return them would have cost £33, so I claimed money back from my credit card. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If there was an option for no stars on the rating, then it would be no stars. Please do not buy from this website - it is a complete scam. I ordered a dress in a size “M/UK10” (I am generally a size 10/12), however when it arrived it was very large on me, potentially a size 14/16. Also the quality was very poor - like a very cheap, shiny polyester. When I emailed to ask how to return it and get a refund, they suggested I keep it and order the same item again in a size 10 ( which I ordered in the first place) and I could buy it with a 60% discount !!!! I emailed them again to say that that solution was not acceptable to me and I asked for instructions as to how to return it and get a refund and despite a further chasing email, I have heard nothing further. Please, please do not order from this company. As previous reviews state (and which I wish I had read before ordering!!) they are clearly based in China, the quality of the item was very poor and the company is clearly a complete scam.

This company is not even worth ONE star. I ordered an item reduced (supposedly) from £99 to £39. The dress looked nothing like the Facebook advert. The advert states a thirty day money back guarantee. I contacted the company to return and was advised I could have 60% off another item! I refused. They then said I could have a refund of my £39, IF I return the item to CHINA….at a cost of between £15-30!! Their advertisement is therefore barely legal. They are aware of my disgust at what is a complete rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
