I was so excited for my sweatshirts. I bought two. One was gray and the other was a ‘smoke’ color. They were expensive, but I was ok with that because I have been looking at these for a while. They arrived and one was baby blue (the gray one) and the other was blank. As in plain. As in they folded a crew neck sweatshirt with no design on it (when it was supposed to say ‘baseball is my favorite season’). What type of company ships a blank sweatshirt to someone? At this point I don’t want a replacement. I just want my money back.

Horrible quality but even worse return policy! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! "Please be advised that the shipping fee and the return label fee of $8.64 USD and $15 restocking fee" what a scam!

Horrible return policy. What is even worse on their advertisement for solid crewnecks they called them 100% original, and the name brands are from craft stores like Michael’s to include Gildan and Jerzee brands. The quality is cheap, scratchy and thin. Do not buy from here as items are nothing like pictured or advertised. Now I have to pay shipping, processing fees and restocking fees and will get a fraction of my money back.

Beware their terrible quality. My sweatshirt began to rip at the seams after just a few wears. After 5 months, I had to throw it in the trash. Their warranty covers 3 months, so they will not refund or replace my sweatshirt. I won’t be back.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered a sweatshirt on a Sunday and paid for it. On Monday morning, I received a text saying I still needed to pay for my shirt. I then proceeded to pay for it thinking my charge hadn’t went through again, trusting the company. A couple hours later I received an email with one order number and another email with another order number. I immediately contacted the company and was told that I had ordered two shirts, I had not! I then was told since it was already in process I would have to return it, and I said that it was not my responsibility because they sent me something that said I had not paid when I indeed had paid now they are saying that I will have to return it to them. I have not yet received the product, but I have since been reading reviews and it seems as if the product has very thin material, as well as it has a terrible smell . I still do not understand why it is my responsibility to handle this issue when it was their mistake. The items have not even shipped so there is no reason for them to send it to me and make me return it. I have contacted my credit card company and cancel payments, but I have not heard back from ivy & cloth. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company not only does it seem like they are unprofessional, but they are also not prompt in responding!

The ‘comfort color’ t’s are not soft and arrived with a bad smell. You can purchase a multi pack of the comfort color t-shirts from amazon for less than $18. The sweatshirt was also cheaper in quality than expected - seems like something I can purchase at a craft store. I purchased 1 item that had an ‘Ivy + cloth’ tag and that item was soft and of better quality.

Ivy & Cloth sent me the wrong item. They will charge me shipping to send it back AND a restocking fee! It was their error and want me to pay for it. No, I’ll donate the shirt before I do that.

I would give negative stars if possible. Customer service was extremely frustrating—slow responses, vague answers, and no clear instructions for an exchange. I also called multiple times during their listed business hours and was never able to reach anyone. What should have been a simple process became unnecessarily difficult. Stay away from them.

It’s a scam scam scam. Poor quality and ships directly from overseas. Returns are difficult in that you pay shipping- to Charleston would be nothing- overseas a different story. Don’t get taken by this scam!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURHCASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. This site is a complete scam and waste. The name makes you think that this is a US company, but it is not. The customer service is poor. And the refund policy is misleading and very difficult to get a satisfactory resolution for anyone but the sellers. Additionally, and most important, the quality is AWFUL!

Please don't order from this company. Item you see are nothing what you get. The return policy is not legit and you only get a certain %back not your full refund. No pre paid return label and you as the customer pay for the entire postage..terrible!!

Canadian girlie here … thought I’d order and give this store a shot . BIG mistake ! HUGE! The shirts I ordered were not working , and the neck was way too tight. ( and this is after waiting ages for them) No biggie, right? Wrong! They won’t take them back bc shipping charges are to high , even though I thought I was paying return shipping? False advertising as they said return were no problem on the website . Now have to escalate to my cc

This store is bogus! Completely false photos of the clothing you really receive! The advertising shows a sweater and you then receive a completely different shirt made of cheap material. They alter the pictures that you think you are receiving! Total scam! Buyer beware.Can’t believe this is legal!

When I received my order, the sweatshirt was too big. I contacted their customer service. They told me how to exchange the sweatshirt for a smaller size. All I had to pay was for shipping. They were very prompt and helpful.

Item was hugely oversized. Then the return process was maddening. Terrible customer service.
They require an email request to START a return.
Emphasis on start, as they strive to drag out the subsequent communications to get you to the 14 day limit on the return. They ask a single question at a time. Then they deduct $15 restocking fee + charge you for return shipping. The cost to return was 50% of what I paid for the item. Ridiculous.

I have texted them 3 times and no response
Sizes run big
Need to return one and exchange one. Guess I’m stuck with both sweatshirts
Will not order from them again.

Finally responded - will give me store credit but not refund. When I said I would keep and try and sell - response was “Sorry you feel that way”

Horrible customer service!

Customer service is horrendous! Like others on this page, the sizing on the oversized sweatshirts is way off. I’ve been communicating with customer service on how to do an exchange for 3 weeks now! First they said they were having trouble with labels but I could print my own. I offered to print my own but needed the return address. No response. I reached out again and they responded saying they thought I was sending back myself and that’s what the invoice reflected. What invoice? Literally makes no sense. 3 weeks and the sweatshirt that is way too big is still sitting in the original package. Waiting for them to say it’s too late to return. I’ll never order from them again!

Should have read the reviews first! The company advertised when to purchase in order to get your order by Father’s Day. I ordered well before and I am still not receiving on time. I contacted customer service because the delay unfortunately defeats the purpose of the gift’s timing. Customer service was not helpful and did not. First and last time purchasing here

Never, EVER order from this company. It’s a scam and they may ship from NC, but they are NOT LOCATED there. Customer service is overseas and they will NOT help you if you need it.

I ordered an "oversized" crew in a M. I normally wear a S/M so figured the "oversized" would fit like a large. Nope - pup tent. Exchanging it for a smaller size cost me an additional $37.50: not being able to use the discount code I used on the original for the second purchase ($11), shipping both ways ($16.50) and restocking ($10). I would have given it a 1, but the shirt is actually of good quality and it's cute. $82.50 cute? Nope. Buyer beware - if it's not perfect, it'll cost you.
