Cheap material, not at all like the ad photo, one size fits all, I ordered small and what arrived would have fit a size xxL, I’m a size 8 to 10, offered 25% refund and I can keep the awful dress, because they already know that what they send is not what you ordered

Do not use this company to buy clothes. They are not a London UK based boutique. I tried to buy a dress but on entering the discount code I noticed I had bought 2 of the same dress. Despite numerous emails which they ignored, they stated both dresses had been dispatched and I could claim a refund. This they also state on their website. Both dresses were faulty with uneven hems, poor quality and stitching coming away. After numerous emails I insisted on receiving a return address. It was to China. I was not prepared to send them back to China with no guarantee of a refund which they state will happen on their website. I was fortunate I paid by credit card and had evidence of all the emails. Tescobank agreed to a charge back so I was fortunate but it is so easy to be fooled by the company website and all the so called positive feedback. I have notified Which of my negative experience. I would give them nil stars as they are showing a website which is dishonest and it is almost impossible to get a refund

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company should be shut down. They are NOT a UK 🇬🇧 company. They are based in a room in a block of flats in china 🇨🇳 sending out 100% TAT. There are zero labels in their clothing, no size, washing instructions or what the material is made of. I spent £39 and after a lot of frustration and upsetting emails I managed to get £10 back. All customer service support is sent cut and pasted wording. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO MARGOT OR GRACE AND IT IS NOT A CLASSY LONDON BASED BOUTIQUE. Absolutely abysmal experience. Stay well clear of this company. IT IS A MASSIVE CON.

Delivery took a while… from China. Shapeless, badly sewn and as for the material… I can’t identify such awful nylon..ish! After many emails, to which they responded in a timely fashion.. they suggested I return it at my expense.. so after many more emails and my final statement that I was taking the matter further legally I received an email stating my refund was imminent! And I did have it! Shocked wasn’t the word! I have learnt my lesson,

I would give 0 stars if I could! Took weeks for delivery despite claiming to be London based. Written descriptions of ‘elegant’ , ‘beautiful’ and quality clothing couldn’t be further from the truth! Awful cheap shiny material, really badly made and certainly not made to fit or hang well on any female body! Thoroughly disappointed and pretty sure it’s a Chinese company as this is where the dresses were shipped from! They also wanted me to pay for shipping back for a refund which they would decide on after receiving the items back. This potentially could lead me being without the money I spent on the clothes and 2 sets of delivery costs with no clothes or refund! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered my dress on 05/05/26 and 2 weeks later I still haven't received my dress. I have emailed them a few times and they are ignoring me. Looks like it has been shipped from China. This is not a London biased company. I will never order from them again and I think they should be shut down from the internet and Facebook and Instagram

Do not be scammed into buying from this company. Terrible quality complete rubbish! Nothing like pictures or description. The only way to return is to pay postage back to Asia!!!! Should not be allowed to trade!

Awful buying experience, the dress I received no way resembled what I had ordered, the size 12 looked like a size 18. The material was cheap with an awful smell. I don't think a charity shop would thank me for it.

This was my first experience of online shopping and I will never do it again.The returns policy is not clear you are sending back to China at a cost the same as the over priced dress with no guarantee it would get there in 14 days. Or a 10% refund !!!!
This company represents themselves as a high end UK retailer and its cheap and nasty save your money & don't make the mistake I made. wish Id read the reviews before ordering

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - dresses not as advertised and appalling quality. Not UK based as advertised - operate out of China!! Customer service crap - expect you to return to China at your own cost!! I have submitted a dispute against them

Horrible and upsetting experience with this company unfortunately. The dress I ordered didn't worth the money and return to China would cost me the same price. All I got from company after non stop emailing is 10% refund offer, what means nothing. Very disappointing . The online shop suppose to be from UK according their email, but it is not. Prices too high for poor quality and no chance to return. Awful experience, never again!

BEWARE A DISHONEST COMPANY. Will take your money but returns to Asia at huge cost! Horrible and upsetting experience with this company. Dress ordered arrived shipped from England. Horrible cheap fabric & enormous….could have got two of me into it! Tried to return but was advised had to return to Asia at a cost of £25. What an absolute scam! Emailed them many times and they couldn’t have cared less. They have blocked me on Facebook as knew I was unhappy & were worried about a bad review, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE

The dress took ages to arrive, and to describe it as dreadful is missing the mark! It should be a size 14 - it would be at least a 22/24. It is very poorly made, with raw edges sticking out from the seams, some right at the front. The pattern slews off and part of it misses the waist area altogether. They offered another dress for 60% off - meaning I would pay 140% for another terrible dress. To post it back would cost similar to the original cost. The customer service person was quick to respond and polite, but would not accept the dress was unfit for purpose, Dont be fooled by the website pictures. Temu and Shien is better quality.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dress which looked lovely on their very English looking website. Size 18 £37. What arrived after a few weeks later was a huge (at least size 30 uk) incredibly poor quality item. I followed the refund process by emailing customer service. Their first reply offered me a 60% discount on a reorder of the dress in a smaller size and keep the original. Why would I?? They then sent me details of where to return it in China. I packed it up and went to PO. It was going to be £27. I am not prepared to lose another £27 as I very much doubt I'd get any refund. This company obviously operates by taking orders on a misleading website, sends out rubbish and makes it too difficult and expensive to return. Nice little earner for them. I'm a pensioner and can't afford to lose this money but this company has no morality or ethical standards.

Awful cheap clothing that comes from China and looks nothing like the photos on their website. One dress was absolutely huge. Imagine Shein rejects and you get the idea. Got to return clothes to China at your own cost.
