As a new prospective tenant, faced with a very tough situation in securing a new home, Mannleys Estate Agents have made the whole experience such a positive one throughout the entire process.
From the outset, Kerrie and the team have been incredibly professional and approachable, making the application process seamless. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me throughout in securing my new home.
Communication has been a strong point. Whether I had questions about the tenancy or needed assistance with settling in, the team was always quick to respond.
They provided clear information, which made me feel supported as a tenant.
Another aspect I appreciate is their approachability. They foster a friendly atmosphere, which makes it easy to discuss any concerns without hesitation. It’s clear they value tenant satisfaction, which is reassuring.

The process from the old tenants leaving to the new tenants moving in was professionally handled. Viewings & the appraisal of potential tenants enabled an informed decision to be made for choosing the new tenants. The whole process was completed in a timely manner minimising the period of unoccupied property.

Great experience
Had a great experience finding our new home with mannleys and were kept well informed of progress and what we needed to do. We dealt with Rosie who was very helpful and went out of her way to sort out a small issue that we had, also Kerrie who was helpful with all of the paperwork and moving in information.

Fantastic company to use and they will be our go-to again!
We have recently sold our property with Mannleys after them being recommended to us by a work colleague and I can honestly say they are worth their weight in gold.
As first time sellers we didn't know what to expect but from the initial valuation, to having photos taken, booking in 9 viewings in 2 days and seeing through the sale for us including chasing parties for updates, they have been fantastic and we can't praise them enough.
They are also very knowledgeable on the housing market as their valuation was perfectly realistic compared to another company we were considering.
A special mention to Jo, Jane and Lydia who are just so lovely and have been amazing for us - our buyer has even commented on how responsive and helpful they have been throughout the whole process as we were up against a tight deadline for moving and they have helped as much as they can with that!
A big thank you to the whole team, we would absolutely use Mannleys again in a heartbeat!

Section 21 hell!
When we received a Section 21 from our Landlord we were devastated. We were ably helped by Ashleigh and Kerrie, who quickly arranged a viewing for us on a property they were looking to arrange tenants for. Thankfully we were successful and although I had thought the worst we are now in a lovely bungalow. We would recommend Mannleys to a tenant or a landlord.

Good service
When our tenant gave notice, Kerrie very quickly organised viewings and a shortlist of potential new tenants for our property, as well as closing down utility accounts etc. In the end our new tenant was occupying the property within two weeks of the previous tenant leaving, meaning that we had virtually no loss of income as well as minimal utility bills to pay during the unlet period. Very good service.
