We put our property on the market several months ago at a price that was recommended to us by the surveyor. We got initial interest but no real movement so decided to drop the price. Once again we got more viewings but with little promise. During this time there was little in the way of communication from Mannleys. We visited the estate agents and met Lydia. She was like a breath of fresh air and listened to our concerns given the lack of viewings on what was a sought after property. We discussed taking the house off the market but agreed to keep it on until the end of summer. Within a week we had an offer and the house sale has just gone through.

Both my wife and feel that although we sold the house there could have been more Interaction from Mannleys. We did all bar two of the viewings despite not wanting to get involved because a representative of Mannleys was not available. I appreciate that there was a shortage of staff and some employees left but this wasn’t communicated to us. Thank goodness for Lydia!!

We have now moved and are satisfied that we got there in the end. When you pay for a Prestige service then I believe that is what you should get. Lydia was the star of the show. Once she was onboard she kept us up to speed with any developments. I feel a little aggrieved we paid for a service in which we did a lot of the work but I suppose ultimately the house was sold. Thank you Mannleys, particularly Lydia.

Mannleys have provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. They sold our property in under a week. Very efficient on the ball team who are always there to support with any queries or concerns in an informative, friendly and timely manner. They are proactive in chasing up sales / purchases to move things along swiftly.
Would highly recommend and will definitely deal with in the future.

Thanks to their help we achieved a quick first buyer. However, due to no fault of ours the buyer changed her mind just before exchange!

Poor communication and overall service, did not return phone calls or messages. requests for information ignored and still not received after asking multiple times. Important information requested to be included in the tenancy agreements missed out, Managed my property for 10 years while no issues, As soon as an issue arose the keys were handed back to me to deal with?

I highly recommend Mannleys! From the start, they were incredibly helpful and understood our situation perfectly. Their clear advice on the letting process was invaluable. They've been supportive with any issues in our new property. Looking forward to future business with them, possibly for buying a house. Exceptional service!

What a great estate agents! The help I got was even more than I could ever of asked for. Viewed a property to rent and someone else got it. Almost gave up searching but the team got straight in contact and got me through all sorts of barriers to secure a tenancy. Never had this with any other estate agents.

Updating my review as I had a very promising start to purchasing a property last week and then on Tuesday everything got turned upside down after a terrible attitude from a member of the Mannley's team.

I received a call from management today with a sincere apology and they offered lots of help to get my deal back on track and also said I could have Jane as my point of contact from here on as she was fantastic to deal with on my earlier interactions.

I've updated the review from 1 to 4 stars because of the positive reaction from management doing their best to diffuse the situation and genuinely being concerned about my experience.

All the staff that rented out my property were very professional, offering a speedy service and all with a smile.

This is my third(and hopefully my last property) that Mannleys have arranged for me and is always a pleasure to deal with such an utterly professional lettings team.

I wish to say a huge Thank You to the Whole Team at Mannleys, each and everyone helped at some point, but a well deserved special mention to Danielle.👌 Their service was over and above what I could expect, genuine compassion and understanding of my personal needs whilst selling my late Mums family home of 53yrs. I do not live in the area any longer so the logistics were difficult but Mannleys stepped in and helped everything run smoothly, finding solutions to any obstacles.
I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.
