Well made garden swing egg chair and easy to assemble. Quality looks good.
Delivery was hit and miss. Website states 3-5 working days. Tracking was not working on the delivery company's portal. After a few days I managed to get a phone number to contact them. They had passed the order to another company, and eventualy got a delivery slot over a week after purchase.
Getting accurate tracking is very important for a delivery of this size (pallet), and this experience was well below standard.
Masion & Garden's ordering was fuss free and easy, it's the delivery that let them down.

Prompt delivery. Good quality furniture. You need good tools to put in the screws and the table bolts. The chair bolts are easy. Much heavier than my previous teak furniture but considering that I use the table for my rotating washing line, it will not blow over.

Competitively priced, fast delivery and very well packed.

Really comfortable and well made seat. Problem with one end breaking which was swiftly resolved and replaced. Cushion is a lovely addition.

The bench I ordered was delivered within a few days, very efficient service and a very nice bench. Just be aware the bench came on 2 pallets which I had to dispose of, seems an overkill in packaging but bench was in one piece so no complaints.

Beautiful bench. We are all really impressed with how nice it looks. The colour is lovely. It arrived flat packed on a pallet, but was easy to put together. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

I had a few questions before purchasing and Alison was so helpful and efficient. I needed the set before the 19th as we had family coming and she reassured me it would be there - and it was. After eagerly unpacking everything (which was well packed) I was not disappointed. This product is a game-changer for quality. It looks and feels exactly the same as wood and it is substantial in weight (the same as wood) but it's absolutely beautiful and I am so pleased my friend recommended Winawood...I was going to buy a "normal" set from a local garden centre - I'm so pleased I didn't. My friend helped me put it together. Everyone comments on how stunning it is and how it adds something special to the garden. It isn't a cheap purchase but you definitely get what you pay for and it's worth every penny.

The cushion arrived safely and it was well protected. The price is reasonable and quality excellent. The customer service was very good.

Great Winawood bench and cushion, had a couple of problems with delivery but they sorted it out very quickly and they were very polite at all times.
