Great service & communication from…
Great service & communication from start to finish.
I tried to place an order for two garden chairs on the Saturday, I had a slight issue with the discount code not working but I sent a message and within the hour I had received a message back saying the issue had been rectified. I was kept informed about the delivery every step of the way and the chairs came Wednesday.
The chairs are great quality and i'm very happy with them. I would definitely recommend Rengard.

Nothing short of excellent service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Understood exactly what we were looking for-although we didn’t set out that day to buy garden furniture! Purchased on Saturday and had a Sunday delivery. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

I bought an ex demo garden furniture set at a great price but had concerns about any markings. The team at Rengard went above and beyond to reassure me and provide additional photos and evidence that the set was in great quality. They were responding to phone calls and emails over the Easter weekend. They were also able to deliver on the exact day and 2 hour window that i wanted which is so unusual these days. There were phone calls, emails and texts confirmations at every step to confirm details and update on progress. Keep up the great service - it means a lot and becoming so rare and automated by others. So refreshing to speak to humans!
