good sofas, bad customer service
Sofa is amazing but we were miss sold insurance, turns out it doesn’t cover exactly what the store assistant said it would. Customer service is not good, AI generated auto replies that don’t answer the questions asked and Loaf flat out refused to look into the problem or refund the insurance

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. While I'm pleased that you're happy with your sofa, I appreciate your frustration regarding the insurance policy and the outcome of your claim.
I can see that we did contact the insurance provider on your behalf to discuss your concerns. Unfortunately, as the insurance is provided and administered by a third-party company, their claims decisions are made independently and there is very little we can do to influence their outcome.
I'm sorry that you felt unsupported throughout the process and that our communication did not meet your expectations.

Shocking furniture and customer…
Shocking furniture and customer service. Ordered some furniture in January, delivered damaged in April, replacement in June arrived also damaged.
I had really high expectations of this company given they are a premium brand which they aren’t.
The latest chair delivered had a hole in that was filled in and covered up with a staple!
Still dealing with customer service and not resolved.
Would recommend using another firm.

Great customer service
I visited Loaf in Wilmslow twice today and was made to feel very welcome and free to browse without any pushy hard sell. Gail was super helpful with sofa and fabric choices and I was pleased to place my order with her. Would definitely recommend the customer service here.

Welcoming visits
I visited the Redbrick store initially & the Wilmslow store 3 times! Staff across both stores were very welcoming & really helpful. On all occasions they were never pushy & left you to browse in your own time. The perfect balance of a knowledgeable team who give you space & time to view everything at leisure.

We drove over from Liverpool especially to see the shop and test out the sofas to see how comfortable they were. The staff were so helpful regarding information, knowledge of all the various ranges, colours etc.
We really were impressed with the service that we received and would recommend the company to others.
