I am a new insurance customer

I am a new insurance customer. I called the insurance number that your website gave me from my account login.

The very polite guy that answered fairly promptly said he couldn't deal with my question as "someone else/another company" deals with new insurance customers.

I was instructed to google Lloyds Insurance and call the first number that came up.

I did not.

You either have a helpline that can help or you don't: whixh is it?

Not a brilliant start to day one of being your customer for the next 12 months.

To reiterate, the young man I spoke to was very polite and I'm sure he thought he was being of service. This is not aimed at him.

Quick fix.

Due to moving house my policy was cancelled in error one call and it was all fixed and I’m back covered. Really good agent who took time to apologise and explain the mistake you made. Pleased with the service.

The staff at Lloyds Bank 🏦 in Scunthorpe are very helpful, they soon put you at ease, I had to a while but that was my fault nothing to do with bank ( which you put cartoons on your TV it's boringt TV that is) I had to gomon video link I was fine by it I know if something goes wrong I would get supplort I need , but yes I got onvreat, the lady who I was talking to (sorry can't remember her name,but was very helpful she told me I did very well,on fact out 10 I would give that you g lady and all the staff A Big TEN
