My question
I'm a member and I've spent over £50 on chocolate this month, but I haven't received the email about the £5 discount on my next purchase. I also filled out a post-purchase survey that promised a 10% discount coupon, but I haven't received it either. Not receiving the coupon is affecting my plans to buy chocolate again.

Awful customer service, I’m now left out of pocket.
I was contacted on the day of delivery to inform me that part of my order would be missing due to a technical error. There was no option to replace with an alternative. They stated they would refund me 10%. This amount doesn’t even cover the cost of the items missing. After several emails back and forth, the last of which I haven’t even had a response to, they told me they can’t replace the items nor can they offer me anymore money refunded than they have already refunded, even though I have stated on multiple occasions this doesn’t cover the cost of the items missing and so I am left out of pocket. Not the customer service I would expect from a supposedly reputable company.
