Bargain price in the sale I couldn’t resist! Parcel arrived super quick- I think 2 days after ordering!
The pleasure of opening the box- it’s like a treasure box and nestled inside again 2 boxes.
I appreciate the chocolate has a short date hence the price but efficiency of packing delivery and quality of chocolate is second to none.

Good delivery service, on time. Only small little niggle was that products were wrapped in a lot of brown paper, maybe can't help thinking they could of been package better with less waste paper to recycle.

Lindt has been my favourite chocolate for years, so I keep coming back! The chocolate is always delicious and high quality. This time I also ordered the gorgeous floral tin, and I absolutely love it—it’s so pretty and I’ll definitely reuse it. Fast delivery, great packaging, and another perfect experience. I’m a big fan of Lindt chocolates
I’m a big fan of Lindt chocolates, so I was thrilled to stock up at the Wembley store today 11th July 2026.The chocolates are always exceptional, and Ms.Snehal made my visit even more special with her lovely, friendly, and welcoming service.
A big thank you as well to the male staff member who kindly offered me a sample of the Cherry Blossom chocolate, it was absolutely delicious! I didn’t get his name, but his thoughtful gesture was much appreciated.
The whole team made me feel very welcome, and I truly enjoyed my experience. I can’t wait to visit again!

No pre notification of delivery date. My granddaughter arrived home to find all melted on her doorstep. They were for her husband's 30th. Not happy sent letter of complaint.

No customer service
No customer service available other than a form and an expected reply within 5 working days. This is day 5 and my order is still processing and day 2 for waiting for a reply (working days).
If you are going to have a public shop then please invest in it. It is very annoying and poor, you only get one chance to make a first impression

Great chocolate, packed well and delivered quickly. There’s a minimum order requirement, which means I don’t buy often and the offer on some items meant I needed more to make up the minimum, it otherwise all good. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I didn’t receive notification that the order was out for delivery, which is helpful when making sure someone is in.
