No customer service
No customer service available other than a form and an expected reply within 5 working days. This is day 5 and my order is still processing and day 2 for waiting for a reply (working days).
If you are going to have a public shop then please invest in it. It is very annoying and poor, you only get one chance to make a first impression

Great chocolate, packed well and delivered quickly. There’s a minimum order requirement, which means I don’t buy often and the offer on some items meant I needed more to make up the minimum, it otherwise all good. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I didn’t receive notification that the order was out for delivery, which is helpful when making sure someone is in.

Only small supermarket packs were seen before.
